Efficiency and downs to earth sound legal advice
I was impressed on how well everything went on my case thanks to Nick’s advice. I might have saved thousands of dollars because he was forthcoming and worked with me on what were my priorities- completing my construction project vs “wining” a legal battle. His advice saved the day for me and I highly recommend his services.

Unjust Contractor
Mr Nick Tamsma was instrumental in navigating us through legal ease of dealing with a disgruntled contractor. Nick wasted no time in dealing with this contractor by establishing boundaries made it crystal clear that we were prepared to pursue legal means if the matter escalated. Steve & I very much appreciated his direct approach in handling the matter. We would not hesitate in continuing to hire Mr Tamsma if faced with another dilemma when dealing with contractors who don’t play by the rules.

Calm, cool and collected!
We hired Mr. Tamsma to help us navigate through a nasty conflict with a crazy landlord. He was amazing! His knowledge of, and guidance through the legal process was masterly. His calm, competent and firm demeanor while dealing with a hostile and irrational adversary was exactly what we needed. He was also very good at “laying out our options” and objectively counseling us toward our most efficient expenditure of time and money. I hope I don’t need a lawyer again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Mr. Tamsma.

A collection agency was attempting to seek legal action on a debt a family member of mine was actively trying to resolve.
