This firm took care of me from start to finish. I had not even been served yet but received an ad in the mail for this firm regarding my case. They were able to get a copy of all the information needed that was not given to me prior to reaching out. When I informed Brandi that this was my 2nd lawsuit... of this nature, she immediately wanted to ensure that the attorneys hired for that case were not going to screw me over. She gave me so much information that the other attorneys never mentioned or explained to me. I absolutely wish I found this firm for my first case. Everything was handled in about 1 month or less. Although this was a stressful situation, I am so thankful that Brandi and the rest of the team were able to help me help me navigate and resolve it. I absolutely recommend this firm.

I have been dealing with bad debt since the start of COVID, and got my first lawsuit March of that year, since then Mr. Schafer's staff has been nothing but Helpful to me in explaining my options. They would always return my calls as soon as I would reach out to them, Lisa was the first person that ...I have spoken to there. Bandi has been the second person that I have spoken to there and 6 lawsuits and 2 years later they are still there to help me. Believe me I know that having to reach out to someone for this type of help is scary in an of itself, but for me it has been one of the best decisions I made for this type of matter. Just make sure to have all of the information that you are going to be needing to provide it to them. It is a hard situation to begin with why make it that more difficult by not knowing what you are needing help with to begin with.

I unfortunately had to deal with debt due to covid lockdowns. My first correspondence was through Lisa I believe and she was very understanding to my horrible service where I live. I missed a few calls. It was easy to schedule a meeting with Mr. Schafer and when I got to spoke to him, he explained ho...w it all works and exactly what I would need to do on my part. There weren’t any hidden fees and he explained too that he’s worked with the Chase attorneys for quite a while. As I needed to continue speaking to the Schafer office to keep moving along to hire them, I had the pleasure of talking to Brandi. She was tremendously sweet and helpful and explained everything thoroughly even more so I understood Chase’s side and how quickly I’d need to move so they don’t make it worse for me. Everything she said was true. We actually spoke for quite a while and had to have an interruption to get us off the phone. I loved talking to her! She even went through Mr. Schaefer’s history as an attorney. From that point on, it was all a piece of cake. An email notification here and there to sign documents, a text to remind me of the docs sent (thank God for that because of my bad connection), and also phone calls just to remind me so that my case doesn’t get stressful. Time is of the essence when dealing with banks. The Schafer staff works very quickly. I don’t even know how because they’ve got to have these cases left and right. I’m glad I chose them. The previous attorney I spoke to did not help with anything. Didn’t educate me and was pushing me into bankruptcy and then finally pushing me to talk to other attorneys. It was odd. Other attorneys never replied. Everyone at the Schafer office just sound like people you could enjoy coffee or wine with. If anyone needs an attorney to deal with a bank, I will be suggesting Schafer.

I have had to use Mr. Schafer’s firm twice now to handle credit card issues. I am very satisfied with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them. They go above and beyond for their clients. Staff is very nice and I always love speaking to them whenever I have any questions in regards t...o my case. They give it to you straight with what they are and are not capable of doing for you in your particular situation. Ask as many questions as you need to to make sure that you understand fully.
