Incredibly thorough and talented firm with the spirit of a bulldog when it comes time to fight.

Since 1997, my brothers and I have owned a series of companies ranging from a Texas licensed Retail Electric Provider (current), Texas licensed Wireless Telecom Provider (current), and Texas real estate investment company (current) among many other business through the years. We have had a relatio...nship with Elliott and the folks at his firm since 2000. Elliott is a very trustworthy attorney and his team of associates always give us very sound advice. Through the years, we have had to file suits against others for wrong doings, which is never a task I recommend taking on unless one must with not other choice left. With that said, the team led by Elliott have never let us down. We as a business act ethically, but nevertheless have had some run ins with unethical people. Through the help of Elliott and his firm, we have been able to prevail through all of these situations with acceptable outcomes. More importantly, the team of lawyers have been able to give us sound advice along the way that allowed us to shape our businesses and not repeat past mistakes in business. We truly feel that our business outcome to this point would not have been possible without the help of Elliott and his esteemed colleagues. I would highly recommend the use of the firm and more specifically Elliott Cappuccio himself. He is fair with his billing practices and provides very good value for the money spent.
