An email notification here and there to sign documents, a text to remind me of the docs sent (thank God for that because of my bad connection), and also phone calls just to remind me so that my case doesn’t get stressful. Time is of the essence when dealing with banks. The Schafer staff works very quickly. I don’t even know how because they’ve got to have these cases left and right. I’m glad I chose them. The previous attorney I spoke to did not help with anything. Didn’t educate me and was pushing me into bankruptcy and then finally pushing me to talk to other attorneys. It was odd.
