Strong and Compassionate Advocate
I recently used Rudy in a Probate matter associated with a highly contested divorce case. Rudy displayed a strong but compassionate approach to my situation and was instrumental in my retention of a Guardianship Role as well as facilitating/contributing significantly a final settlement in the divorce matter. Rudy proved to be resourceful and knowledgeable in my probate matter and his even demeanor proved invaluable in negotiations with opposing counsel as well a during court appearances. He appears to be well respected by his peers. I would recommend him highly.

Review of Attorney Rudy Culp
I was recently referred to Rudy by another Houston lawyer to represent me in a will contest case because of his expertise in probate. I found him to be very professional, knowledgable and thorough. We settled the case in mediation, but I wouldn't have hesitated in taking the case to court had it not been for the amount of time and costs involved to do so. I felt like he dotted all the "I's" and crossed all the "T's" in the settlement agreement. I highly recommend him and his firm.

One of the Good Guys!
I have been working with Rudy for several years and I would absolutely recommend him to any one involved in a contract dispute or estate matter. I have the utmost respect for not only his knowledge, but his sound judgement, terrific problem solving skills, and strategic advice. Rudy has an admirable ability to keep a cool head when others around him aren't, and he has provided me with sound advice through what have been protracted and often stressful situations. I have worked with a lot of attorneys over 30 years in my profession and I would definitely recommend Rudy to anyone needing legal assistance. I consider him not only my legal counsel, but a trusted friend. I know he always has my best interests at heart.

An intelligent attorney with integrity
Rudy Culp helped me tremendously at a very difficult time when I had to sue to have a family member who was abusing their trustee position removed. Throughout this emotional time, I found his dispassionate advice coupled with a kind demeanor very supportive. While getting the legal job done, he was conscientious, communicative, and straightforward but tactful. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
