Much like some other reviewers, my father passed without a will. Everything seemed to be in order until my siblings and I each received a letter that was concerning...and none of us knew what to do about. We tried the route of "look it up online", but all it did was cause more confusion. I reached ou...t to Mr. Jones' office and explained my situation. Mr. Jones called me back in a timely manner, provided us with much needed guidance, and put us at ease. I have not had many dealings with attorneys, but the few that I have were not nearly as satisfactory as this. I had prepared myself mentally to pay SOME amount of money for his time, but Mr. Jones did not charge me for his "priceless" advice. I was treated with respect, and I feel like he genuinely cared about my situation...much like I was a long time client. I hope this doesn't come across as some "mindless, can do no wrong, glowing review". I am not the review leaving type, and for me to do this says something. As I get older and have a family of my own, Mr. Jones will be the one to handle my estate planning.

My father died without a will and had property out of state. This was a complicated matter that my family and I have been trying to resolve since 2012. I called Mr.Jone's office explaining my situation. Mr.Jones called me back within 30mins and listened our case. Mr.Jones genuinely cared about ou...r situation and took it upon himself to call the attorney we were working with in Louisiana. Something that took us 2 years to resolve; with Mr.Jone's help we were able to resolve the matter in less then 2 weeks. We all have stereotyped lawyers and attorneys and I will tell you that Mr.Jones was either. Since there wasn't any paper to be done in Texas, Mr.Jones and his office did not charge for his time and efforts in resolving our issue. This is unheard of in today's society and it put my faith back in humanity. There are individuals that truly care about your situation and not looking to make a quick buck. I cannot thank Mr.Jones enough for his efforts and I would highly recommend anyone needing a probate lawyer to contact Mr.Jones. Thank you!

I needed an knowledgeable Probate lawyer. I went on AVVO site and found Mr. Jones. I live in Florida and have been in the Labor Law field for 25 years. I have had numerous dealing with lawyers during that time. I would rate Mr. Jones within the top five with his advice, time taken with me over the ph...one and care for my issues. Even though he could not represent me in my case he gave me direction in my case. Which has worked out so far.

In dealing with a contested Will probate for my elderly mother, I contacted Mr. Jones who was recommented by a family attorney friend. During our discussions, Mr. Jones realized that he would not be the best option for my mother due to geography. Mr. Jones then went out of his way to locate 3 attorne...y's in the county we would be dealing with and forwarded me their names and numbers. Mr. Jones took his time on the phone with me and answered all of my questions and concerns even after he knew he would not be representing my mother. He was honest and sincere and his help is truly appreciated.
