I called The Hatchett Law Firm in need of a probate attorney unfortunately I needed an attorney in Florida. I had called a lot of other attorneys and none of them were as responsive as this one. I called and one lady said an Intake manager would call me back. Not even 5 minutes had passed and Ms. Ang...eline had called. She was so polite and caring and very professional. She let me they wouldn’t be able to assist me but offered a website I could use. I thought this was so very nice of her. I came to the firm back in September 2022 very confused and a little bit afraid of the guardianship process here in Texas. My 15 year old son Daniel's mom had unexpectedly passed, and while she did have a will and a trust set up, I had assumed that the life insurance policy left to him would be aut...omatically paid.
