When we realized we needed to seek guardianship for our adult daughter, we began the process of looking for someone we could trust. He was extremel...y informative and helpful and kept us up to date with the paperwork and visits that were required for the guardianship with the attorney ad litem and the social worker. He answered all our concerns and made sure our wills included a special needs trust to cover the needs of our daughter upon our death. He took care of the waivers that we needed from our other adult children and filed them with the court. He prepared power of attorneys, medical power of attorneys, and living wills for both of us, making sure we understood what each document entailed. We felt that he had our best interests at heart and he made sure all our questions were answered and that we understood our rights and responsibilities. He was prompt with all his communications with us and timely in representing us as his clients. We highly recommend Mr. Berlinger.
