I have an active Round Up Case with this firm and can’t get an update from them. My last update received from the firm was 6 months ago. I repeatedly call and leave messages with no response. I was assigned a paralegal and she no longer works for the firm, but I have received no communication about ...her not working for the firm. The only reason I know she doesn’t work there is my email got bounced back as undeliverable. Highly concerning and it has caused me to lose faith that this “award winning” firm is properly representing me.

This law firm Sends You the same email for 4 yrs.I even got a video recording of Mr.Don Worley and in the recording it was dated Sept 2023, I Just got it in July of this year.I called this lawfirm to check on my Mothers lawsuit since it has been 4 years and this Hernia Mesh also killed my Moma after ...5 excruciating Surgeries.A Man had the odasity to tell me I Need to Put this lawsuit Settlement in the Back of my Mind.I was Appauled and just could nt hardly believe the email he sent me.Has Anyone Ever recieved Compensation for their Injuries with this Law Firm? They received my final lien releases. October 5 2023. Told thousands of cases when only round 600 Vena Cava settled but a year after my lien papers were final to look at numbers and write a check.
