I am with the roundup case, my paralegal that was helping me no longer works there. I have recieved any updates my case has not even been filed it's been 3 years. I'm starting to think this is a joke, and they string people along making them think they have a case and never file anything. I've looked... this lawyer up and is all about himself traveling, movies as if he's some kind of celebrity. The clients do not matter, they can not five any information except it's in process of being file.

They received my final lien releases. October 5 2023. Told thousands of cases when only round 600 Vena Cava settled but a year after my lien papers were final to look at numbers and write a check. Still Nothing. Poor business and shows indifference to clients. I Repeat! They have had all the lien... paperwork for a year! We are humans that need our settlements. When you sign you up attorneys have. the time then a paid person to divert you.

like many others I'm seeing in these reviews I have also tried hundreds of times to get ahold of someone about my case. I do get the monthly updates the last few mths but when only once was able to talk to the paralegal. I signed my settlement over 2 1/2 years ago. I have also been told over a yea...r my check would be coming to me that they were sending them out....nothing still. I am really upset and keep getting g the same story over and over till I'm about in tears when I get told the same thing each time. I have been doing some checking and I have been told that I should have already have my money that it should t have taken this long since mine was settled and signed . It says that manyblike me have suffered so much and still dealing with the stress of trying to get what is deserved. and the monthy updates doesn't really help they never change
