This company. Will not call you back. They will not inform you of your case. They do not care about you. All they care about is the money they can get from your case. They never call back. I'm on hold right now for 47 minutes right now Still no one taking my call.

No Contact by phone . emails are always the same
. They do not communicate with their clients except by a copy pasted emails they have sent for over 3 years now . I email back and no one ever responds even though they tell you they will . My claim is filed, they do not give updates or return email or phone calls. I am starting to wonder if these guys are real. Last communication was January 2024, an email saying my claim was filed. Tried email in June no reply, tried phone get answering machine.
