Hernia mesh

It's been over 8 yrs I've been waiting for a settlement but the reply I get from this law firm every other month if that is your case is in toll and this reply is only reply I've been receiving for 7 yrs , I'm going attempt a law suit against the firm that handed my case to you out of Savannah GA, th...is is starting to seem like a scam between the two law firms this is from Johnny out of Savannah GA

Not so happy and feeling Confident with this Law Firm

I have an injury case with Bard I had to have 2 small surgeries because of a reaction to the mesh and was hospitalized for an infection. Every time I call someone is suspose to call me back They don’t call. All I get is the same email every other month stating the same thing. Not sure if they have... received any payments so I will not state that. But I need my settlement it’s been 4 years enough is enough. Atleast an honest answer in case I need to get another attorney Reading the other reviews concerns me.

HOAX

I am with the roundup case, my paralegal that was helping me no longer works there. I have recieved any updates my case has not even been filed it's been 3 years. I'm starting to think this is a joke, and they string people along making them think they have a case and never file anything. I've looked... this lawyer up and is all about himself traveling, movies as if he's some kind of celebrity. The clients do not matter, they can not five any information except it's in process of being file.

Active Round Up Claim Filed

My claim is filed, they do not give updates or return email or phone calls. I am starting to wonder if these guys are real. Last communication was January 2024, an email saying my claim was filed. Tried email in June no reply, tried phone get answering machine.

Active around Up Case

I have an active Round Up Case with this firm and can’t get an update from them. My last update received from the firm was 6 months ago. I repeatedly call and leave messages with no response. I was assigned a paralegal and she no longer works for the firm, but I have received no communication about ...her not working for the firm. The only reason I know she doesn’t work there is my email got bounced back as undeliverable. Highly concerning and it has caused me to lose faith that this “award winning” firm is properly representing me.
