. They do not communicate with their clients except by a copy pasted emails they have sent for over 3 years now . I email back and no one ever responds even though they tell you they will . And forget about calling them you get the same pre written script . Do yourself a favor if you have a defectiv...e IVC filter like mine find a law firm who cares . Mine cannot be removed as it has tilted . This was only supposed to be a temporary filter . I never received any medical card no follow ups with the horrible doctor who must have did a dozen or more the day i was there . 1/3/2025 Still no word no email responded to .

This law firm Sends You the same email for 4 yrs.I even got a video recording of Mr.Don Worley and in the recording it was dated Sept 2023, I Just got it in July of this year.I called this lawfirm to check on my Mothers lawsuit since it has been 4 years and this Hernia Mesh also killed my Moma after ...5 excruciating Surgeries.A Man had the odasity to tell me I Need to Put this lawsuit Settlement in the Back of my Mind.I was Appauled and just could nt hardly believe the email he sent me.Has Anyone Ever recieved Compensation for their Injuries with this Law Firm? Please if you have Please List your name or please tell the Rest of Us about your experience with this law firm.I have kept Every email between is since 2019 and I am at the Point asking is it Possible to Sue a Lawyer For Misrepresentation?!!It is absurd and Uncalled for, For any lawyer to tell A Client after 4 yrs that we knew it could take 4 to 7 yrs.No You did not tell us that when you were having us send you Every Document Known to Mankind.This Hernia Mesh Killed my Mother, Killed her.It inured her for many yrs with Infections and the Mess migrating thru out My Mothers Colon to where she ended up having 5 Hernia Repair Surgeries And You have a Man there emailing your Clients that we need to put this lawsuit in the Back of our mind.!!How dare you tell Me YOUR CLIENT SUCH A STATEMENT...So if I can Pursue legal Proceedings against you I will and I m bringing several of your Clients with me too.Misrepresentaion is Exactly What this Lawfirm is doing to 99 Percent of us.I have talked to several of your Clients and Everyone has the Same Story as to how we have been treated.Mr.Worley Do You Just not care what the people that are answering the telephones are saying to your Clients? You are supposed to be working for US not for YOU..I need to send you the definition of Attorney because if my case is not settled soon We Will Be serving you with legal documents For Misrepresentation, Pain & Suffering, Causing Undue Anxiety & Depression, We AS Your Clients Don t just send you 3500 pages of records and every document that you ask for to be told by Your Employee that I just need to put this lawsuit as far back in my mind as I Possibly Could.This has caused Stress Upon an Unbearable amount to Me and Furthermore Us Your Clients that Make you Your Money.Please People Read Up on Mr.Don Worley and you will find out that he has settled a couple Cases in his Career with What I could find as only One Client and One Settlement.But Bard has paid them and Mr.Don Worley has a Injured Client he did get a settlement for..First of All ""How Dare your Male employees Associate, all I know is a Man from your Lawfirm sent Mr the Email stating for Me to Put this Case as far back into my Mind as I could get it...Why Do You Not tell your Clients in thr Beginning it could take 5 to 7 years for settlement to Actually Happen.We have been told it is a Mass Tort Case.Mr.Worley You came with the Highest reccomendation as a Hernia Mesh Lawyer, You Truly did But.We.As Your Client's should never be told something like your.Male Employee told me.I am Also Curious as to What it takes to work at your lawn firm , What Exactly are the Qualifications to work for your Lawfirm?Is it a room full of people just making minimum wage sitting around telling us all the same thing? Sending the Same tired emails Repeatedly for almost 5 yrs now? I did have the highest Respect for you Mr Worley but I have had several of your Clients to contact Me on Social Media since You are on Tok Tok showing your beautiful Grandaughter. I will give Credit where Credit is Due.She s a beautiful young lady..I hope you Understand that you can not Keep Putting Us Off when we know you obtained Money from What I do Believe is Bard and Possibly Ethicon.See Mr.Worley When we set out to find An Attorney We Only Ask for Fairness, Nothing More and Nothing Less.Lets Say it was your Mother,& she died from her Injuries, God Forbid.How Would You Feel ?

Can not get a response to my repeated calls or emails. Get told q thing, then when that doesn't come to fruition they just leave you in the dark, no response, no updates, nothing. It's the most frustrating and unprofessional firm or business I've ever had to deal with. If I could go back to the start... of this, which was 5yrs ago, I'd most definitely go a different direction.

Like many of you, I have been waiting for some reasonable update other than “waiting on the 3rd party… we thought it would have been done by now,…etc” My issue is that there are NO monthly updates. People have signed for their settlement and all communication stopped!! You are left calling instead of... receiving an update. Honestly, it feels like they got you to sign & now ghost you. Before a settlement was offered you were well informed..after the settlement was offered you are left to constantly calling (which in some strange way you feel like you harassing them). I definitely have serious issues with this law firm, not only for the way they are treating myself & others but for sending documentation with the wrong phone number! (To which the gentleman that answered told me he was ABSOLUTELY FIRE BREATHING MAD that their clients were calling- he admitted to getting hundreds of calls so he started telling people anything!) I relayed this information to the staff & provided documentation of the wrong phone number & what the owner of that phone number was telling their clients. Still no email went out anyone explaining what occurred. All I received was a thank you for letting us know & we will correct it. They made the correction but still fail to update their clients. My honest opinion is they care more about signing up clients & their image than actually helping their clients. Ask yourself, how much effort does it really take to send an email just to let clients know their are still WORKING on your case? The estimates they give seem made up, you call this month & they say “we hope next month or two, but call back”. At this point I regret going with this law firm. And its not about how long its taking its about the CUSTOMER SERVICE you are providing or the lack of. I would NEVER recommend this law firm!
