Replied last October 04, 2022KIzzy: I'm sorry that you haven't received a satisfactory response. I will send you another email today and give you a call also if you want. I obviously didn't explain the lien process very well. There is a court appointed lien resolution company who is responsible for negotiating down the healthcare liens. If any entity such as Medicaid pay for any healthcare related to your injury, then they are entitled to be reimbursed out of any settlement. We will send you all updates we receive from the lien resolution company once they are received. - Don Worley
