My case was transferred from my previous law firm Bailey and Greer in Memphis, TN back in May. I've called countless of times trying to get an update on the case and have spoken to and left a many messages and no one has ever returned my call. I'm always told that some will call and nothing. I was to...ld that the attorney was making calls. The paralegal I was assigned to at Bailey and Greer was awesome! She always kept in touch and returned any phone calls I made if she wasn't available when I called. This is unprofessional.

I have been a case with these people for awhile. The first person a dealt with was very nice and let me know what was going on. Some people I have to give some of this money to done know what they are getting and the person I have been talking to will not call me back when I call, will not email me b...ack. In December she told me was settled and should hear something by beginning of January but the other day when I was asking questions and matter of fact it took me 25 calls and messages to get her to answer me. She told me 3 weeks ago my closing statement was on lawyer desk but still not signed. About a week ago she said she would have the lawyer call me and still haven't heard from no one. They took a fourth of my money for judges supposedly but of course I can't get no one to tell me anything.

They handled a lawsuit in which I was part, and every time I contacted one of the employees they were always very nice and knowledgeable. The last lady I talked with went about and beyond what she probably needed to and I want to thank her personally. Sonia Tuckerson, that you so very much. I cer...tainly recommend this company.

I began to participate in a Round-up lawsuit in March of 2020 with Mcdonald Worley. Since that time, I have corresponded with 8 people - Ashton, Kristy, Haley, Briana, Lindsey, Bianca, Chris and now Twanna. That’s a lot of turn over! I requested an appeal on my offer in August of 2021, it has now b...een 17 months since I sent in my appeal packet. When I requested a copy of my appeal letter, the one sent to me contained my parts of my appeal letter and information from another client in the same letter. I was told an attorney at the firm was filing for an appeal and must have had my letter open and accidently typed over it. This makes me worried whether the settlement team has my accurate information and is working to process my appeal. I have lost all confidence in this firm.
