The Law Office serves as on-demand legal counsel for new and small businesses, especially those participating in technology, cloud, & big data transactions as we have extensive deal negotiation, dispute resolution and data privacy experience with Fortune 500 Tech and FTSE 100 Telecom companies. Jim is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
We serve companies who may need on-going legal services, but do not have the desire to hire a full time general counsel. The Law Office's on-demand, virtual approach attracts Clients seeking to pay for tailored legal services and not for archaic big law overhead. Like many of our own entrepreneurial Clients we sensibly leverage modern technology, choose paperless options, offer online payment, and utilize nationwide co-working & meeting space. We are open to the Client preference of meeting in-person, over the phone, or via video-conference.
