I was pulled over on St Patrick's day 2013 for suspicion of DWI. Tyler Flood and his associates did an amazing job on my case. Tyler subpoenaed the arresting officer for the ALR hearing and he didn't show up, so we won that (my license was never suspended). I did not have to show up for this at all. When the actual trial came around I got good news very early. I was pulled over on a "no refusal weekend" and submitted a blood sample once I arrived at the police station. Tyler subpoenaed the officer that drew my blood and she did not show so the state was not able to use that as evidence in trial. Once the trial actually started Tyler was able to very eloquently prove that the arresting officer changed his story under oath about his reason for pulling me over and the judge dismissed my case. I can honestly say that I had no confidence I would come out of this situation on top since the odds were stacked so high against me. Pulled over on St Patrick's day, blood test well over the legal limit and field sobriety tests caught on a dash camera that I didn't look so great in. However, Tyler Flood and Associates confidently took my case and got it dismissed! I realize that I did get very lucky, but I would definitely recommend Tyler Flood and Associates to anyone that finds themselves in this unfortunate situation. I broke the law. Simple as that and have no one to blame but myself and it is not a common thing for me but it happened. For two years my case took a major toll on my life and sense of well being.
