Peyton is the right lawyer for you

When I came across Peyton, I already had a lawyer hired for my case. After 5 min of talking with Peyton I was sold and hired him instead. He went the extra mile on helping me win my case. Always kept me informed and watching him court was a pleasure, Very knowledgeable and confidant. I never had a d...oubt when he was on the case.

Look no further than Peyton Peebles

I came across Mr. Peebles in a flyer after filtering through about fifty lawyers. I narrowed it down to about ten lawyers. I then called each one. I left messages with five via their secretaries (none of them returned my call), two of them were pushing their services down my throat, one of them had p...oor control of English grammar, and the final two seemed promising (Peyton was obviously among the finalists). I had two phone interviews with both attorneys, and chose Peyton based on his professional conduct, and most importantly, the fact that he worked as an assistant DA in the past. Now the fun began. When I went to go see Peyton, he was extremely professional. I have dealt with a few lawyers in the past, and those have been quick to get you in and out. Peyton took the time to explain my situation, went into potential scenarios we could take if we went to court, and honestly, he gave me confidence in his ability to handle my case.If you don't have confidence in your lawyer, you're already starting off on a bad foot. One interesting thing I did note when I was in my multiple court hearings (they kept getting rescheduled), was that a significant number of people knew Peyton. I'm not kidding. Some of the other lawyers chatted with him, the DA's would say hello, and twice I even saw that the officers in the court go out of their way to say "Good morning" to him and chat. I don't know the reason behind their behavior, but it was probably the fact that he was an assistant DA for a while. Having your lawyer recognized by many was a great feeling to have in this setting. Some of the other people were also asking me who Peyton was (I think they were jealous that their lawyers weren't as well known, at least by the people in my court). In the end, my case was dismissed thanks to Peyton's diligent work. The DA agreed with Peyton on an important issue, and decided to dismiss instead of going to court. However, we already had a game plan to go to court, and the DA decided it was not worth their time. I do not know the type of case some of you guys might have, and I don't know the severity of it. However, if you want someone that is friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly well known within the judicial system of Houston, please highly consider going with Peyton Peebles. I can't guarantee you will get the same results as I did, but I can assure you Peyton will give you confidence in whatever adversity it is you are facing. One last thing to add. Peyton always got back to me in a timely manner whether it was through phone or email. Their is something about promptness and punctuality that many people do not have. Thanks for everything Peyton. : )

"An Attorney of Precision with Excellance"

It is my great pleasure and honor to express my graditude and appreciation for Peyton Peebles III's exceptional, trustworthy and commendable performance. His thorough investigation of my case was most impressive. He did not rush in and make a haste descion, but instead with patience and diligence ...he was able to convince the DA to dismiss my claim. Advise to the reader, don't ever over look all the mail from attorneys that you get when needed. There is always a diamond in the rough. And Payton Peebles III was my diamond. "What a blessing".

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
