Kind but fierce. An absolute force to be reckoned with.

I would like to be clear that Nicole was appointed to me by the court system. Despite being one of the best attorneys in the state, she dedicates her time to help those who can not afford it. She is a truly kind and genuine person who clearly seeks the best in those she comes in contact with. After d...ealing with the Federal criminal justice system, her efforts were able to give me a second chance. I could never fully express how grateful I am to have had her help. Whenever I would drop her name, everyone knew who she was and would always follow it with, "she's one of the best." I don't personally believe in a higher power, but after how fortunate I was to have had her represent me, I am starting to reconsider it.

Earned my trust

So unfortunately I didn't call her first. After paying a less than competent lawyer almost the same for making my situation worse and then the same lawyer referred me to another "criminal lawyer" who had a misconduct judgement against him. Needless to say my first lawyer posed and presented herself a...s a criminal lawyer- she was not and I am sure she realized it because brought in the other worse lawyer. So after firing them both, my trust was very shaken. I choose Nicole for her experience with the DA and in that specialty of criminal case. She and her team did not disappoint! They meet with me and my family and gave us hope back. What should have been dismissed from the beginning had me ended up charged. Nicole got charges reduced from felony to misdemeanor. That alone was worth it. Her fee was very reasonable for all her work. Considering what I got from first atty, Nicole gave so much more in her service. So she earned my trust, showed myself and family compassion, and continued to help me after sentencing. Thank you Nicole and team, you all have restored my faith that lawyers can care, be knowledgeable, and fight for their clients.

NICOLE IS A GUARDIAN!

Nicole is committed in providing the highest quality of legal representation I have ever seen , she is what you call a Guardian. I had my back against the wall, going against all the odds, before I came across Nicole I was with a previous lawyer who did not do nothing and took all my money I got rail...roaded twice by the judge because my ex would call the DA and make false allegations. The lousy lawyer that I had did not protect me. So we decided to part ways and I found Nicole, the first time the she walk into the courtroom I sat back and analyzed how she interacted with the prosecutor's and I was intrigued on how she carries herself with such respect and enthusiasm , she is well well respected I was so excited she actually sat down with the prosecutor and broke everything down! In my mind I was like this attorney really cares! I was amazed she fought tooth and nail finally got my case dismissed! I will refer her to everybody, and anybody who is in need of a good lawyer. Nicole is highly respected and she is the one that you need on your corner to fight for you! trust me I am living proof!

Experienced lawyer delivers another DISMISSAL!

I hired Nicole for my criminal defense case. The case could have potentially gone in an unfavorable direction. Nicole got the ball rolling, avoided indictment, held my case for the Grand Jury, was able to talk with the prosecution to explain my situation, and closed the case with a dismissal! I bel...ieve I paid a fair price for the amount of time & involvement with my case. It is very obvious to me, Nicole is a highly respected lawyer in the Harris County Criminal Court system. I highly recommend hiring Nicole.

Amazing lawyer

Amazing! I recently hired Ms. DeBorde to represent me for an old misdemeanor case that turned into a warrant. This warrant had been on my record for 7 yrs. I had moved out of state and needed this to be taken care of right without me going to jail. I called Nicole and she handled everything right awa...y with a breeze. She told me she will try to get this taken care of without me stepping foot in Texas. Within just a few weeks she got my case dismissed! Even without me having to come into town! She is an absolutely amazing attorney. Very quick, very responsive, she really understood my case and handled it perfectly. I would pay her double for the work that she did if I had to. She is worth every penny.
