Last Minute Lawyer, Best Case Scenario
Tim Powers represented me in a DUI case this year. My first lawyer passed just before my first court date, so I had many questions and things to catch up on (such as a mitigation plan, resetting court dates, and negotiating with the prosecution.) He was accommodating, and I am now on probation.
