Gave me my life back

I met with Mr. Powers about my case, and he reassured me that everything was going to be fine, after he reviewed my case. I hired him on the spot!! The office staff in the front are exceptionally friendly, and ready to answer any questions you have. You can tell that they all care about you, from the... moment you walk through the door!! Haylee is very professional and is very upfront with you about your case. Brittany, I want to especially acknowledge her. Brittany reviewed the tapes, when I was arrested last May of last year, and she noticed that the officer had voilated my Miranda Rights, bcause of the way he'd asked me a question, which Brittany caught, and it's because of her, that my case was dismissed!!!! I couldn't believe it! I cried and cried! I had been so worried about this case, and thanks to all the hard work from Tim Powers office, I'm done with Denton County!!! Thank y'all so very much!!! Defense Attorney Monica R. Khirallah won my life back!

Monica Khirallah is a very professional Defense Attorney. She was always upfront and honest about my case, and she believed I had a good shot at winning my misdemeanor trial. She was right! We had numerous appointments leading up to the trial, and during those appointments, she went over everything I... needed to know in order to feel more comfortable in trial. I didn't testify for myself in trial because I knew Monica was doing such a great job that it wasn't necessary. I won the trial and now i'm in the process of expunction, and my life is headed in a great direction now, because of Monica.

Best Legal Experience I've Ever Had and Heard Of! So Responsive, Assertive and Gets Action! Forget the Hammer, He's the Bomb!

Tim Powers and his team (Kate specifically) was absolutely awesome to deal with! I found myself in a family domestic violence situation falsely accused and facing some serious felony charges and Tim was diligent in pursuing the facts, evidence and turning it around in my favor so I didn't even have ...to go to court-the DA dropped the charges! Kate was fantastic. They both regularly answered my e-mails and questions after hours and put my mind at ease about my situation. All in all, I believe it took 3-4 weeks from beginning to end for my case to be absolved but considering what my potential charges were this was nothing! He has a radio show with someone on it just like my story and one time I called into his office and heard the radio show and it's no lie-my situation ended up EXACTLY like that person on his show. You hear a lot about some hammer attorney in town-forget about him, Tim is the bomb!

Highly recommended

During my consultation Tim gave me straight forward answers and was very informative on my case and what the possible outcomes were. I was charged with assault and the prosecution requested I be put on probation for 18 months, 24 hrs community service, plus anger management class. This was my firs...t offense. Hayley Brown handled my case and she too was vey straight forward and honest. In the end she was able to get a dismissal in my case with only the anger management requirement, and I might add was negotiated to an online class so I didn't miss work, in fact during this entire ordeal I never had to miss work. Highly professional, and highly recommended.

Dedicated to their clients!

I was privileged to use The Law offices of Timpowers as my representative in my case. My attorney was Monica Khirallah, and she fought a good fight for me. I really felt as if she represented me as she would herself. She asked questions and was able to pinpoint discrepancies that could have hindered... me. She even argued repeatedly facts that would have lead to me having grounds for an appropriate appeal. Fortunately I was able to walk away with all charges acquitted. Thank you again Monica for all the hard work you did not only for me, but my family as well!
