We had already set up a trust in another state. We attended several seminars at which she presented specific information on different estate planning topics. We did a free consultation with one of Leigh’s paralegals. We decided we need to update our trust to be Texas friendly. Then life happened. My wife and I attended one of Leigh's seminars on “Who Gets Your Stuff When You Die” and decided that we had procrastinated setting up a Will for to long. We set up an appointment with her staff to help us draw up our wills and other end of life issues. We always felt comfortable with her staff and the processes they went through to help us understand all of the paperwork involved. They did an outstanding job for us.

I used Leigh for Elder Law when doing my parents estate. She was great and was always there for me when I needed her. So when it was time for us to do our estate planning, we went back to her. She has now completed that for us.

I needed an attorney for a simple probate case in Denton County. I did an internet search and compared the comments for several attorneys and settled on Leigh Hilton because of her background and other recommendations. I was not disappointed in my choice. My husband and I, along with my 94-year old mother, needed to update our wills and trust plus the other necessary documents, such medical powers of attorney, etc. During our first meeting with Ms. Hilton, it becames apparent to all three of us that she really knew what she was talking about, and she was able to explain even the complicated things so that we all understood them.
