I'm very pleased with the Office of Tim Powers. I had a family violence case. They were so helpful and had my case dismissed. They always answered my calls. and my questions. straight tanks again. mr tim

Hayley Brown is very knowledgeable and resourceful.

I am glad that I have chosen the Law Offices of Tim Powers to represent my case. I never have had in trouble with the law, I was charged with domestic abuse by prosecutor. Tim powers and the team ( Hayley Brown) has helped me through the process. My case was dismissed and dropped. I am so grateful ...that this firm law can get the job Done and Prevail.

Best Legal Experience I've Ever Had and Heard Of! So Responsive, Assertive and Gets Action! Forget the Hammer, He's the Bomb!

Tim Powers and his team (Kate specifically) was absolutely awesome to deal with! I found myself in a family domestic violence situation falsely accused and facing some serious felony charges and Tim was diligent in pursuing the facts, evidence and turning it around in my favor so I didn't even have ...to go to court-the DA dropped the charges! Kate was fantastic. They both regularly answered my e-mails and questions after hours and put my mind at ease about my situation. All in all, I believe it took 3-4 weeks from beginning to end for my case to be absolved but considering what my potential charges were this was nothing! He has a radio show with someone on it just like my story and one time I called into his office and heard the radio show and it's no lie-my situation ended up EXACTLY like that person on his show. You hear a lot about some hammer attorney in town-forget about him, Tim is the bomb!
