Excellent team, job well done

I was charge with a felony assault. Tim Powers and team ( Hailey Brown) . First off I told them what happened in conceal. Powers and team said what it sound like to them. I knew then this is the lawyer I need to represent me. They were honest and up front and didn't sugar coat my situation. Hailey B...rown dug deep into my past and found some mistakes made. Ever question I had was addressed professional . If I couldn't get a hold of them right then, I say maybe 2 days at the most the team got ahold of me. I want to personally thank Hailey Brown for her work she put in to my case. I'm not going to lie it was a long ride ahead of me but at the end I believe this team was the best choice I could of made. I also believe I would of hired any body else , my out come would not be the same. The out come of my case it was dismissed!!!! If your life is on the line with the court system I highly recommend Tim Powers and team.

Highly recommended

During my consultation Tim gave me straight forward answers and was very informative on my case and what the possible outcomes were. I was charged with assault and the prosecution requested I be put on probation for 18 months, 24 hrs community service, plus anger management class. This was my firs...t offense. Hayley Brown handled my case and she too was vey straight forward and honest. In the end she was able to get a dismissal in my case with only the anger management requirement, and I might add was negotiated to an online class so I didn't miss work, in fact during this entire ordeal I never had to miss work. Highly professional, and highly recommended.

Honest evaluation- perfect result.

I was in a “tight spot” — already indicted for a felony assault case. I saw several attorneys, but Tim Powers calmly assessed, analyzed, and concluded it was possible to beat the case, in spite of the odds against us. The thing I really respected about Tim was the fact that he was very blunt and ot ...the point. No sugar candy coating, no lies. In a criminal case, odds are against one who is arrested in Denton County. It took a lot of effort, but needless to say …… WE WON! And with flying colors. I’ve talked to a few lawyer friends of mine, and they have NEVER heard of a D.A. giving up on an INDICTMENT to go back to the Grand Jury. Tim was recommended to me by another attorney. Said you were HONEST. He was absolutely correct. He also said you were one of, if not, the FINEST criminal attorney in Denton County. I found that to be correct. Anyone who is reading this should know that you and your firm are the BEST in Denton County. He operates with skill and INTEGRITY second to none. If someone is looking for an attorney who will patronize them and lie to them, then the Tim Powers office is not for you. My case was unique and quite complex, There were a lot of bumps in the road throughout our one and a half years in the process. In the end result my case was dismissed and I have my life back. I hope I will never be involved in another criminal case again. But if I am, I am only going one place for representation.
