I spoke with Mr. Moore and immediately went to writing this review. Mr. Moore listened to my case & history, he gave pertinent excellent advice on my case and more importantly, what I need to continue to do so I do not inadvertently or unknowingly compromise any aspect of my case. Mr. Moore was det...ailed, thorough, professional, prompt, knowledgeable about ADA Disability accommodation, EEOC protection, Employee and Employer rights and remedies, and he was completely up honest and up front with his advice. Mr. Moore told me exactly what he thought the legal strengths and weaknesses of my case/situation are and what I need to do from today forward to protect my rights, case, and myself as he recommended and suggested appropriate responses should my Employer wish to discuss this issue with me. Mr. Moore never once made a sales pitch to me nor did he ever give me the feeling that he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I learned SO MUCH about my situation & case from my conversation with Mr. Moore. He went above and beyond the expectations set by Avvo for a $39.00 Advisor Phone consultation with an attorney. Mr. Moore earned my complete trust and confidence today and he has given me complete peace of mind by answering the questions that I could not find answers to, and he laid out all of the good, the bad, and the ugly of the potential processes, procedures, and outcomes of my situation & case. I am now completely well informed. Mr. Moore never blew smoke nor did he ever dismiss my questions nor give me any false sense of hope or doom about my case. Mr. Moore agreed (when I asked him) to review my case further. If he accepts, I will hire his services. If you have any type of employee-employer conflict including ADA Disability allegations of discrimination and/or retaliatory action, no matter how straightforward or opaque; give Mr. Moore a chance to help you. BUT....before calling or even filling information online at AAVO, you MUST have a clear understanding of the positives and negatives of your allegations, you MUST have a clear and concise timeline of events, the people who were involved in these events, when & where they took place, etc. In short, in order to get the most out of your consultation, YOU have the duty to be fully prepared before speaking with an attorney. If you are not able to articulate the essential objective facts of your case without inserting subjective "i feel" type of babble, you will receive the most accurate complete and thorough advice from an attorney that you can obtain in a 15 minute phone consultation about your legal matter. Please be prepared (pretend like when the attorney calls you. *****My STRONG advice to anyone using Avvo Advisor: Treat your consultation as serious as a heart attack. This is what I did. I pretended/convinced myself as though I was going to have only 7 minutes to present my entire legal matter & questions from start to finish, to allow an attorney to decide whether or not I have a valid cause of action. **(I say 7 minutes because YOU WANT 8 minutes to allow the attorney to give you advice. 7+8-15 & 15 minutes with the attorney is what you're paying for.)** My advice is to present your case to Mr. Moore as though what you tell him about your case in that 7 minutes must be objective facts ONLY (no "this makes me feel like, my employer is such a....) and don't discuss subjective issues other than what YOU BELIEVE is the subtext for your employers action against you and HOW the objective facts support your case. If you pretend that your 15 minute phone call can impact your entire life FOREVER either positively or negatively, you'll get the most out of your consult. Follow my advice, prepare, consolidate, research, educate yourself, organize, practice telling your story in 7 minutes allowing 8 minutes for the attorney to talk, and THEN request an Avvo consultation. Do this and it will be the best $39 you've spent in your life.

I was working over seas during the holidays and my second wife received mail from the courts. The time had finally come and I needed to find an attorney to push my appearance date so it did not conflict with my work schedule and to handle my case. My daughter had met a young man growing up and she su...ggested calling him. Understand that 20 years ago I went through a divorce in the state of Texas and even though I had great representation the whole ordeal left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The cost and outcome of attorney's, courts, and mandated laws were coming back to haunt me and it was the Christmas holiday week. Nevertheless I took my daughters advise and called him. I explained my situation and the first thing he told me was that he was not the type of attorney that I needed. He then asked for my e-mail address and told me the following. I quote "because it is the holiday week it may take me a few days to get in contact with my colleagues and to research the right type of attorney with the best record which also has experience in the county I was to appear in". He then gave me his e-mail address and said if I need anything feel free to contact him either by phone or his address. I asked him when to expect to hear back from him and he said early next week before the new year. He told me Merry Christmas and he would be in touch. To understand the facts I was in a country 10 hours ahead of the united states and my evening is his morning so communications were not in my favor. Sure enough midway through the next week I received an e-mail from Randal Moore with three attorneys and their contacts also numbered 1, 2, and 3. He said in the e-mail to please give him a call. I called Randal and he explained the following I quote "The attorney's are numbered in the rank that I suggests you call them. 1 is of the old school error and you need to be straight to the point and have your facts down he may not be the one to travel the distance that you needed however he will tell you what to expect in this particular situation. 2 comes with a very high recommendation from everyone I talked to and I suggest you give him a call. He works in that county however his practice is not and paying him a visit would be advised. 3 is young and has done some limited work in the county however his record is very good in regards to what I require. He ended the conversation by telling me to not wait due to the court appearance date and if any of the attorney's I contact are short with me go to the next one. I told him thank you very much and he said to keep him in the loop until I get the attorney I required. In closing I will tell you this for my situation Randal Moore was the best phone call I made. I chose the number 2 attorney and the date was pushed off and as of today all is well. I told my daughter to let him know I thank him for his help. That was 2 months ago and this evening I found this e-mail and link in my junk box e-mail system. The above are total facts and now that I see what the young attorney has set up in regards to helping the legal feared find legal representation I have to say WELL DONE RANDAL MOORE and thank you very much for all your help. I wish you and your family all the best. I will also tell you now I have have never been asked or have I had to pay Randal any payment for the above service. Go figure
