Biography
Warren Norred uses his engineering and business experience to help others starting their own organizations in the Arlington area. He's been involved in the community for nearly thirty years, leading efforts to make Arlington a better place to live with such activities as helping to found the Arlington Classics Academy (the nation's largest start-up charter school), and political fights to keep Arlington and Texas a great place to build a business.
Warren's wife Annette assists him in the office as office manager and paralegal. The firm, Norred Law, PLLC, is a mid-size legal practice focused on business matters, civil litigation, intellectual property, and bankruptcy issues. The main office is centrally located in downtown Arlington, but we also have offices in Southlake, Dallas, Plano, Waco, and Fort Worth.
We are a one-stop shop for those with intellectual property, bankruptcy and litigation needs.
Liquidation under Chapter 7, reorganization under Chapters 13 and 11, and litigation representation.
Anyone can create an LLC, but operating agreements and non-competes protect your business.
We do it all! Patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and infringement litigation.
