I have 30 plus years of experience in business, estate planning, probate and guardianship law. I am Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning and Probate law.
A significant amount of my practice includes representing beneficiaries in estate and trust litigation matters. I also counsel persons with disabilities needing legal advice in connection with guardianships, elder law issues, powers of attorney and living trusts as well as preparing wills, trusts and other estate planning and wealth transfer instruments.
I am married to fellow Fort Worth Attorney, jJmes C. Gordon and we have two daughters.
