My #1 PROTECTOR

Mark Williamson has represented me for many years, first as a child going through a custody battle and child support issues, as well as an adult with my own child. I can't begin to explain the amount of confidence I have in him, if you watch him in action you will know why! He has always taken the ...time to listen to my concerns and will put me at ease with his plan of action or my best option to handle the situation. I have full trust in his entire team, Monica Ofcharick is the definition of 100%.

Dedicated and Competent

Mark was able to see the issues clearly that, as a participant, were not so clear to me. Often, when facing an extreme life change, the insecurities formed in a toxic relationship cloud a person's ability to see their own worth. Mark is able to disallow those insecurities from influencing the task at... hand, respond in a courteous and professional manner and step into the role of advocate with a diligence and a directive force that few can muster. His gentle, yet fierce "no nonsense" approach is genuinely respected by his colleagues and everyone who had a part in the process. His yes means yes and his no means no. When Mark and I decided that a course was best, he did all in his power to stay that course and reach the preferred outcome. He is able to do this, all the while guarding his integrity and the families under his care. I had a hard time following the process and even accepting that I was in this situation to begin with. It was confusing and frightening at times. Mark was very calm and knew what had to be done. He never let my fears get in the way of his advocacy for me or my children. We were well served. There is a detailed packet that is given at the first appointment. This is so helpful. You don't have to try and remember it all yourself. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Mark and his staff are very willing to help. Make notes of all important dates, follow the instructions you receive and tell Mark everything so he can do his job. You won't be disappointed. He is a competent leader in his field and is truly "called" to represent families. He will walk with you during one of the hardest times your family will go through. If you have him as your advocate you have made a very strong decision.

Lawyer of Experience and Integrity

After several lawyers and court visits with a highly manipulative spouse, I finally came upon Mark and Monica - the best thing that happened in this whole arduous process. He takes no BS from the opposing counsels as well as my oppressive and abusive spouse and always put them back in their place. Hi...s experience along with his calmness and firmness in court, along with his familiarity with the judges and the mediator made all the difference. The best way to put it - he KNOWS this stuff in and out. When dealing with domestic abuse, he even asked for copies of extra information and resource to help him understand and prepare for what we are dealing with. I truly appreciate having them walk alongside me during this process. With their care and compassion, they are knights in shining armor. I wish I had started this process with them in the first place instead of wasting my time and money and energy elsewhere.

Skilled attorney!

I only had a temporary orders hearing, but Mr. Williamson handled it with great skill, experience and knowledge of the courtroom. He has a great balance of taking charge, while not disrespecting the judge.

Simply the Best in the Metroplex, if not the State!

I'll make it simple. Mark Rush Williamson along with Monica Ofcharik are hands-down the best legal team for family/divorce law in the metroplex, if not the state. Once I gave them my documentation, they told me to let them handle it, and "handle it" they did! Mark's brilliant legal strategy and Mo...nica's expert observation/implementation of details were worth far more than I can even express. To have such upstanding, moral, respected, formidable representation was a wonder and a blessing. Please, Please do not look any further than Mark Rush Williamson. It will change your life!
