As we do in all our cases, my partners and I often discuss the fact patterns of our cases and use the 35 years plus of experience to formulate the best approach to prosecution of your case. Of the Family Law cases I handle, a large percentage are Divorce and of those a great many of them are contested on one or all issues. My clients benefit financially and emotionally from my down to earth and practical approach to resolution of their case. My partners and I often discuss facts patterns of our cases so that we have a better and more informed prospective to prosecution of the case. Bringing together over 35 years of experience is a tremendous asset to our clients.

Mediation is a process that is confidential in the State of Texas. It allows the parties to a dispute to settle their matters privately instead of in a public court room. It saves client's from the emotional and financial expense of a final trial!

Our office prepares simple wills and are often sought out to probate those same wills years later. Contrary to popular belief, probate is not a complicated or expensive matter but is a necessary step in winding up a person's affairs.

Best family lawyer practicing in the Denton/Collin County area

I came to Debby with a mound of mistakes through my divorce. She had to undo so many of my mishaps and explained everything in plain English. She let me know all my options, both good and bad, and all she asked of me was to be prepared. The preparation before trial made me feel confident (alth...ough horribly nervous and scared) and I was able to answer the cross examanitation without any surprises at all. The trust was earned right away and everything from that point forward was only about winning the case!! The level of trust I have in recommending Debby Mackoy is 100%. I owe so much to her and her entire law firm. They have helped me in so many ways and I cant begin to express my gratitude!!

Never gave up!

Debbie was an outstanding atorney. I battled my ex husband for years and she became more than an attorney, she looked out for my best interest. She gave me my life back and there is no price tag for that!
