I had a cs charge pg under 1 over 4..which is a 3rd degree felony ..he actually watched my arrest video seen things that wasnt right ... and he got me a 1244b yea a 1244b i heard of it before but never taught i would get one..that means knocks a felony down to a misdeameter.....so i do not Have a fe...lony on my record......i thank him cause he accutly worked on my case even tho he was my court appointed lawyer..so thanks

Mr.Sain was appointed to represent me as a public defender in a drug case in denton county. Now i have read many great reviews about him from people who actually hired him. However,seeing as how i could not afford an attorney he was assigned my case,which he did not handle properly or in a timley fas...hion. He regularly missed court appearances,did not try to object at all to the sketchy police report and didnt argue to get me any kind of better deal. He was rude and uncooperative with my family. It seemed at times that he didnt care at all about my outcome because after all, im not the one paying him. When its all said and done ,the best thing he could do was to get me a 5 year sentence. He didnt argue my case at all with the D.A and simply took their offer to me,never trying to get me any less time. We as defendants need lawyers who are aggressive and passionate about helping their clients. Mr.Sain is not. He is lazy,unprofessional and INCOMPETENT. He may work well or actually care about your case if you hire him,but if he is appointed your case he could care less. Case and point, I waited in denton county jail for 9 months before he even got me an offer.My court date was reset many times, sometimes for 6 weeks or more later. What does he care right?Its not him who has to sit in jail and wait for him to do nothing. I will summarize this statement by saying that he is severly incompetent, for lack of a better word. I would never refer him to anybody needing legal help. Many other inmates who were incarcerated with me and who were represented by him all have the same opinion of him. Too bad many of them have not written an appropriate review of his lackluster performance.

I had a bad night when I was 18. I got charged with DWI, possession of marijuana, and evading in a vehicle, all on one night. I had never been in trouble before. The evading was a Felony. I couldn't believe I had screwed up so bad. I hired Mr. Sain and am glad I did. He helped me out a lot. He got th...e possession case dismissed, a low probation on the DWI, and he was able to lower the evading to a misdemeanor. He had me go to AA classes regularly and get proof. He showed the DA all the good things I was doing with my life, including graduating from school and working. It took a while but I am so glad I stuck with him. I recommend him to anyone in trouble.

To begin with I was charged with possession of Xanax under 28 grams which is a Class A Misdemeanor. It was my first arrest and charge and didn't know what to do.I hired Mr. Sain and I have to say it was the best decision of my life. My charge got dismissed with eligibility to get it expunged. Before... Mr. Sain I had talked to other lawyers telling me the same thing that there was no way to get it cleared out of my record. Mr. Sain made me forget that I was even charged and made it very comforting. He is very good at what he does, as you can see with these reviews. He will explain the process in detail, tell you what you have to do, and everything you need. He also knows spanish, for all you that speak spanish. So that is a plus, there's so many things I want to say how good he is for being my first and hopefully my last lawyer. Point is this guy is here to help you, to motivate you, and to help you stay calm about your situation. I'm sure my review is one of many but look at the reviews and you will see that this lawyer is no joke and one of the best out there.

I stumbled onto Mr. Sain on a previous case couple years ago by mistake but glad I did. Mr. Sain works hard at getting the facts and proven your case within doubt. I say he is Awesome! I caught a marijuana case about 6 years ago. Mr. Sain listened to me and did his research. We had a hearing, no...t a trial, but he questioned the cops and showed the judge the cops didn't have the right to arrest me. The judge threw the case out cause the cops screwed up. Then, a couple of years ago, I got arrested for a DWI. I was respectful to the officer and gave him a breath test. It was a .09. Then I mentioned I had smoked dope earlier. We went to trial and only 1 juror wanted to find me guilty. Mr. Sain is really good in front of that jury. And he doesn't let the police get away with anything. We had a hung jury. So, we were going to do it again but he convinced the DA to dismiss it and give me something where I can clean off my record and not have the big costs of surcharges for a DWI. I got arrested in 2011 and just now, in the summer of 14 we finished the case. It took a long time but Mr Sain stayed with it until we got the best result.
