Mr. Anagnostis earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Mr. Anagnostis dedicates his practice to providing individual and personal service to each and every client. Mr. Anagnostis has a passion for helping others, evidenced by the over one thousand hours of pro bono legal services he has provided. Mr. Anagnostis is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, as well as the Tarrant County Bar and Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. I hired Constantine to do an expunction for me. We signed a contract where he agreed to do the expunction for $1,000. $500 up front, and $500 at the end of the process. He did the initial paperwork, I told him there was an error and he told me he would get it fixed and get the corrected paperwork to ...

Replied last October 18, 2019Kent, we are so sorry you had a negative experience. As mentioned above, the expunction was completed and ready to file, all that awaited was the notarized signature. The paperwork was emailed to Kent and we awaited for the notarized petition. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication along the line. We never received a phone call or message, but as soon as we were aware of the problem, we immediately took steps to remedy the problem. Again Kent, we apologize for the inconvenience and wish you the best.
