I hired Constantine to do an expunction for me. We signed a contract where he agreed to do the expunction for $1,000. $500 up front, and $500 at the end of the process. He did the initial paperwork, I told him there was an error and he told me he would get it fixed and get the corrected paperwork to ...me. That was the last I heard from him. He never finished the job. I emailed him several times over 2 weeks and he never replied. I just wasted $500. Update: Immediately after seeing my negative review on here, Constantine reached out to me and refunded my $500, so I am upgrading my review to 2 stars.

I can say that Lawyer Constantine G. Anagnostis is a very professional person, I contacted him directly through his cell phone one weekend and Lawyer Constantine contacted me and answered my messages on time, I recommend it to all people who have Some type of legal problem to be contacted because he... is a great lawyer and always has the time to attend to his clients to listen to them and solve their legal problems in the best way.

Where do I start... I was charged with my first AND ONLY DWI in late November 2013. My case JUST Closed last week, June 2017. My friend referred a friend to me and I spent over 7,000K and he did nothing for me. He treated me like a probono case because I was "referred". It took me 14 months to have ...a Probation Officer assigned to my case, in the meantime, I had to get an interlock advice in my car (3.5 years later), I'm finally getting the device removed from my vehicle today. Yes, I made an horrible, stupid decision and could of injured/killed another and myself. However; despite the courts demanding I attend two alcohol classes, MADD, 26 IOP classes, 24 SOP classes, had to wear an ankle SCRAM for four months, take NUMEROUS drug tests, including my PO calling me on five different occasions, demanding I take a random drug test before 5pm the same day. I could not travel, thus lost my job bc of my probation restrictions. In addition, I missed a few really good job opportunities because of my DWI on my Background. I don't want to sound like a victim BUT Probation is designed for you to FAIL. It's a cash cow system. I had to pay over 8K on alcohol classes, 2k on scram, $4,900 on my interlock advice, numerous hours of missed work bc of monthly probation meetings and classes three times per week starting at 5pm. Drug tests,court fees, SR22 auto insurance and TX surcharges fines of $1500 x 3. Let's just say, it's been a tough 4 years. Now, I'm far from innocent and I take accountability and ownership for my mistake, but the courts took me for a ride. My attorney was an ass and continued to charge me $1,000's just to talk to him and have him represent me in court. I decided to fire my attorney and not have representation and the courts kept adding to my probation and charging me with more fines. I was waiting to see the judge last April 2016 and a very nice attorney, called Constantine Anagnostis asked me if I was doing okay. I was so scared and felt helpless bc I could not get out of my Probation. He gave me his business card and encouraged me to call him for a FREE consultation. Luckily, I made that call. I hired Constantine for $500 to represent me going forward. I couldn't believe he only charged me that much, given my prior experiences. Constantine LISTENED to me, he didn't make me feel like a criminal, he was VERY responsive and gave me sound, honest legal advice. He NEVER over promised and under delivered. The KEY to having an excellent attorney is their relationship with the court admins, DA's, PO's but most importantly, THE JUDGE. This guy is LOVED, respected and can negotiate. I sometimes kick myself for not finding him back in 2013 but I learned SO much from this experience. I've told him on numerous occasions that he is my ANGEL. He made me feel protected and safe in a professional way. He stood up for me when other court authorities wanted and advised the judge to extend my probation. I cannot say enough good things about this attorney. Please, don't look any further, call and hire Constantine. He's a treasure.

Constantine was phenomenal with my case. Timely responses, patient and thoroughly explained process especially with me not being from Texas. Not to mention, he allowed me to pay on a payment plan being a single mom! I have recommended him many times over. Glad to know I have him if ever needed.
