I had the pleasure of retaining Mr Farid Moghadassi with Khavari & Moghadassi law firm. Mr Moghadassi had only two and half weeks to prepare for my Divorce case in Dallas county. My previous attorney had three months to prepare and was not prepared from day one. Mr Moghadassi professionalism, lea...dership style and traits, communication and extreme knowledge of Family Law was truly evident..from day one Mr Moghadassi knew what to do. He immediately filed all court documents needed to prepare for court. I never doubted Mr Moghadassi he clearly explained his plan and I knew what to expect. Mr Moghadassi was very confident with his knowledge of the legal system, it was evident once he stepped into the court room. His colleagues, numerous attorneys and judges all recognized Mr Moghadassi has a leader to be recognized in the court room. Keep in mind not all attorneys are created equal, Mr Moghadassi is one to be recognized as superior to most or all attorneys in the DFW area. I would not want to be against Mr Moghadassi. I'm going to try to keep this short. Farid was the first lawyer I ever hired. He was also the very worst lawyer I ever hired. I needed an attorney to represent me in my divorce. When I first spoke with Farid, he made it seem like he was on my side and was going to really fight for me. During our cons...ultation, he told me he was gonna do everything for me. The first red flag I noticed is when after I paid him to represent me, his whole attitude towards me changed. Before leaving the office, he gave me the most disrespectful and disgusted look towards me. I noticed it but didn't say anything because I needed an attorney and I had already paid him. During the duration of filing motions and consultations, he spoke to me aggressively, rudely and disrespectful. Even cursing at me. When I would call to ask questions or address his behavior, he would threaten to withdraw as my attorney. When we finally had a divorce hearing, he was still rude and disrespectful. Even to the point where my soon to be ex wife said "yeah, he was very disrespectful to you". I felt embarrassed being treated like that. From an attorney I hired and was suppose to represent me professionally. To treat me like that in front of the woman I'm divorcing, her attorney and the judge was one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. I wrote him a letter addressing my grievances. This was recommended by the state bar of Texas. When he got the letter, he put in a motion to withdraw as my attorney. He even made me pay for him showing up to withdraw as my attorney. Long story short. He was the worst. He didn't do anything he said he was gonna do. He was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. The worst money I ever spent. Better yet, wasted. If you're looking for an attorney from this firm, avoid him.
