Victory

Mr Clayton was my attorney in a recent situation i had dealing with probation conditions. He is and was very thorough and highly aggressive to get me the best results possible. I would recommend him to my close friends and family for his services. I should add that Mr Clayton is well known in the cou...rts by the DA's,Probation and Judges. If you want successful results I recommend Clayton Smith! We need more of his work ethic and character in the Justice system. Thank you again!

We still can't beleive the amazing results.

From the beginning Clayton explained our options in detail. He was kind and honest to work with. I never felt like he wasn't doing his complete best in helping us. His knowledge and experience in working with the judges and DA was of the utmost value. We were looking at 4 years and he was able to get... us down to a few months of drug treatment and back on probation. There's never enough words of gratitude when someone is able to give you years back from someone's life! We are very satisfied with working with Clayton and highly recommend him.

Clayton fought for my freedom everytime

I was arrested and charged with evading arrest on a motorcycle and Clayton made sure I didn't go to prison on that very serious charge. He is calm , patient and respectful even when the chips are down he stays cool and collected. He can get the matter resolved fast and answers any questions from conc...erned family members. I will hire Clayton for any legal matter from now on because he knows the system he deals with judges and the district attorney every day and he has been in front of the judges in this city day in and day out. He is a good guy and a prevauor of freedom and justice.

Best Lawyer in Dallas!!

I hired Clay for a family violence case. He quickly recommended and filed the key documents that got the case dismissed. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in criminal assault cases. Clay was always available to answer my questions or respond to my texts. I can honestly say he is the best lawy...er I've ever worked with.
