CASE DISMISSED!!!!!!!

This is by far the best Lawyer I’ve EVER HAD !! I had so much doubt especially because we all know the system and things are never as they seem but when I tell you God And Clayton Came to my Rescue!!!!! He is very hard working , His communication skills are Excellent. He Actually Cares And Does All ...he Can to make sure You get your Best Outcome Regardless The Situation. If you want a lawyer that Cares I 10/10 Recommend Clayton Smith !!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES <3

The best lawyer in Dallas!!

Like his other reviews say he was awesome! Love this guy! My son was extradited from NC to Dallas on a probation violation. Clay reached out to me immediately first thing in the morning when I arrived at the courthouse waiting in the hallway not knowing what was going on. He texted my phone while spe...aking with my son in holding, whom I was extremely worried about. He sent me a picture of him! Let me know he was ok! Came to me, listened to me , explained everything to me, all options and outcomes. Very thorough, kind and compassionate. He did an amazing job and my sons probation was basically over! Super nice, very intelligent and knowledgeable of the laws and processes in Texas. If I had $10,000 I would of paid him that! No joke. Hes worth every dime. Im referring everyone I know in Dallas to him if they ever have legal issues! Super great job!

Great Lawyer, Wonderful person

I couldn't ask for a better partner. He did hes very BEST working on my case ..I was nowhere near disappointed in anything he accomplished. Helped me in so many ways. Mr. Smith is very understanding and down to earth. He was able to exceed far more than I expected ..I definitely woould recommend. I t...rust in him if ever needed again..much appreciation !!

Thanks for the great review, so glad we could get your Class A misdemeanor Assault Family Violence case lowered to a Class C Disorderly Conduct ticket (and eventually will be dismissed when complete deferred adjudication and will eligible for an expunction)!

Gave me hope

After my arrest, my father hired Mr. Smith for me. I was so depressed after everything my ex-husband had done to me and my arrest after defending myself against him, Mr. Smith gave me hope that my case would be dismissed if my ex-husband didn't show up and also explained to me just how everything wor...ked, also making me feel better. The day of court, I couldn't attend due to my poor health which has been a problem for a long time and I was terrified of what might happen but Mr. Smith went to court for me, armed with evidence proving my innocence and poor health, hoping that it would be reset and a warrant for my arrest not placed. I received a text later with the most miraculous news and picture of the outcome; the case had been dismissed completely and the bond refunded without me being there which is almost unheard of!! Mr. Smith gave me the best news I'd had in who knows how long and I'm so thankful for his work! He was always professional, kind, considerate, understanding and always explained things to me so I understood them and the possible outcome completely. Thank you, Mr. Smith for giving me justice when no one else would and the hope/will to continue. I sincerely recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

If i could give him more stars I would!!!!!

He is the first attorney that helped my dad and was very communicative with me. My father has struggled in the system and ive never had help with any of his courts much less updates, I was beyond grateful with Mr Smith, how he contacted me and kept me up to base on what was going on and how he would ...help my father get the help he needed. He really cares about strangers and does not judge and it shows in his great work. God bless you Mr Smith
