Benton Williams II

Benton Williams maintains a broad business and commercial law practice that focuses on business and intellectual property litigation, including trademarks and trade secrets. Benton represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across Texas, including public and privately-held businesses as well as individuals. He was most recently selected to the 2019 Texas Rising Stars list (a Thomson Reuters publication), an annual selection awarded only to 2.5% of all attorneys in the state of Texas.

As a Dallas native, Benton and his wife are active members of the city’s philanthropic community. Benton serves on the board of directors for local charities, scholarship panels, and non-profit organizations across the city.
