The best lawyer in Dallas!!

Like his other reviews say he was awesome! Love this guy! My son was extradited from NC to Dallas on a probation violation. Clay reached out to me immediately first thing in the morning when I arrived at the courthouse waiting in the hallway not knowing what was going on. He texted my phone while spe...aking with my son in holding, whom I was extremely worried about. He sent me a picture of him! Let me know he was ok! Came to me, listened to me , explained everything to me, all options and outcomes. Very thorough, kind and compassionate. He did an amazing job and my sons probation was basically over! Super nice, very intelligent and knowledgeable of the laws and processes in Texas. If I had $10,000 I would of paid him that! No joke. Hes worth every dime. Im referring everyone I know in Dallas to him if they ever have legal issues! Super great job!

Magic Man

If you’re looking for a defense attorney in Dallas, do yourself a favor and hire Clay immediately. My criminal mischief felony charge was successfully dismissed, after a year of patience and miracle work provided by this incredible attorney. He is efficient, responsive, an expert in his field- and ev...en laughed at all my coping jokes when he didn’t have to. A class act through and through, Clay has a calm, cool and collected disposition that will aid any and all defendants’ nerves throughout the judicial process. Mistakes require we pay consequences, me knowing first hand given this being my only experience of such on a large and legal scale. The importance of having a lawyer who has the qualities I just mentioned are paramount, as it kept me afloat while I lost everything (jobs, apartment, friends, fiancé) to this charge. Hell of an attorney

Where do i start with this guy, I’ve been on bond for the past 3 years for a misdemeanor assault accusation, bouncing from public defender to public defender. After my last attorney blowing me off and not answering my phone calls or letting me know about my court dates causing warrant to be sent out ...for me. I had lost hope until I was reassigned to Mr.Smith. Mr smith contacted me shortly after and made me aware of my court date and was timely meeting me at the court house. Shortly after(within just 2 weeks of picking up my case) I received a message that my case had been dismissed thanks to this man. My life is in your hands man

Aweson man and very professional.

I had to drive for 8 hours to get to my first time in court on a State Felony charge. My attorney never showed so I was directed to Mr. Smith. In which he took my case immediately without hesitation. Instead of me returning in 3 weeks for another long drive to show up for court. He (Mr. Smith) found ...someone at lunch time to hear him out and make plea on my case. It took him at the most one hour to get my case dropped to a misdeameanor and time served. Big shout out for Clayton Smith for a fantastic turn out. No more long trips. Thanks again for your support.
