The best lawyer in Dallas!!

Like his other reviews say he was awesome! Love this guy! My son was extradited from NC to Dallas on a probation violation. Clay reached out to me immediately first thing in the morning when I arrived at the courthouse waiting in the hallway not knowing what was going on. He texted my phone while spe...aking with my son in holding, whom I was extremely worried about. He sent me a picture of him! Let me know he was ok! Came to me, listened to me , explained everything to me, all options and outcomes. Very thorough, kind and compassionate. He did an amazing job and my sons probation was basically over! Super nice, very intelligent and knowledgeable of the laws and processes in Texas. If I had $10,000 I would of paid him that! No joke. Hes worth every dime. Im referring everyone I know in Dallas to him if they ever have legal issues! Super great job!

Best Attorney in Dallas

My name is Allen, I found myself in rough water in 2015 with a arrest on three felonies offenses so my total bond amount was 75,000$ and I wasn’t going anywhere any time soon to say the least. Well my outside support started looking for attorneys and that’s how we met Clay, But Clay is not just great... attorney, he’s a honest man because he hit my case running full speed! He asked me a lot about myself, I was 1000% honest with him and he kept every promise he made me! He asked what kind of outcome I hoped for and I said probation, the state only offered jail time because of my priors, but clay fought and fought while keeping me very informed and up to date on every decision made and situation that could have came about. Clay did not leave my side anytime we went to court, As good as he is and with all his other client’s he had at the time, he never made me feel like he didn’t have time for me, he was always available! He got me probation in 2015 and I actually just got screwed over by a probation violation this year 2020 with a hold and NO BOND, clay had me out with in 24hrs of finding out what happened. It’s great to have some one like clay on your side, so he’s my lawyer for life, for every situation I may need I’m calling Clay! I truly truly recommend giving clay a call if you need legal help!! You will not regret it!!

A lawyer who cares!

Clayton was my attorney for 2 misdemenor charges. As soon as I met him he brought so much comfort to me and my family. After some back and forth with the DA, he was able to get all of my cases dismissed. The time, effort, and care he put into my case made me feel like I was his only client. I cannot ...say enough good things about him and his heart. He is not in this just for money, he wants to geniunely help every person he can. HIRE HIM IF YOU WANT A LAWYER WHO CARES ABOUT YOU!

2 felonies reduced 1 marijuana cased dismissed!

Clayton Smith has been straight forwarded from day 1 gets to the facts and get what you want! I was facing 2-10 yrs and 5-10 but Clayton Smith went out his way got both my felonies reduced to misdemeanors and dismissal for marijuana case. Most important the man helped me 12 month probation instead 2 ...years amazing . Thank you Clayton for helping me walk free . 100% in my books!! I recommend him I repeat I recommend him for any bad situation your in!
