I hired Bobbit law firm after receiving a letter in the mail.To represent me on a traffic violation.I payed them the money up front to handle the case.The secatery had me to give them my email address. Phone number and address..Told me they would contact me by phone. And email.After not hearing from ...them within a few weeks after the first court date. I called them. To be told I needed to activate the power of attorney. Which I did...I recieved a letter in the mail dated April 3rd. Say I was to be in court. I called the office to be told I did not need to be there. The attorney would discuss a plea deal and call me to follow up with the plea. Didnt hear anything. I called again to find out the attorneys didnt make it and reschedule the court date....and they would negotiate a plea. And send me a letter in the mail. Never recieved a letter.... they didnt call. Or send an email to me......I called them july 13. ,They told me they sent me a letter in the mail. Funny thing is I get all my other mail. Just not letter from Bobbit law firm. I know our mail man realy well. Mr. Robbert. He been a friend of the family for years. I asked him if he delivered a letter from bobbit law firm. His reply was not since the first one dated april 3rd... huh. Whats going on ???? I started asking around about bobbit law firm. Started looking at reviews ... wow ....and they are still in buissnes....I guess because you go to law school you can lie. And steal peoples money....legally..... The people that work in office will say they done this and that.. and its not true.......They will lie to you. They are rude and very unprofessional. BUT GUESS WHAT THERE ARE ALOT OF people out there they have ripped off. Im one of them.... ill put them out there. Spread the word. They are crooks. And lie. Ill not stop. You think I would recommend them... not at all . The advise I can give you is find someone with better ratings. Hell I found out they are only rated 2 out of 5 .Hell I wouldnt even use them to wipe my ass with......and to you Barry Bobbit. You are a lying thief. Someone who prays on people who get tickets.... you are a scum bag in my book......... There are alot of people out there that are getting together to tell the stories of how you take advantage of people.....me myself... ill put It in the paper . Contact every source I can and spread the word about you.........I work in all the cities you are established in.. and every where you turn... ill be there putting the word out about you......

Do not use this lawyer or this law firm. They definitely are knowledgeable to know how to make sure they get away with taking advantage of you. I ended up representing myself in court and asked for a refund, which they refused to give. Even worse is their staff-- awful, awful, awful! Don't be fooled...... find yourself someone trustworthy!

Never hire bobbit law! The only thing they are good at is lying to you saying it's all taken care of when it's not! They fail to attend your court date which leaves you with a warrant, and when you call back to try to fix the issue, they want to charge me again to get the warrant taken care of that I... got because they failed to appear Lol!! They have a Fort Worth location that apparently is never open. Apparently the employee leaves when she pleases during hours of operation. Costumer service sucks, I guarantee you every time you call you will get told something different! One of their employees claimed she left a voicemail, and my voicemail isn't even set up!?! So done with bobbit law!

They sent me a flyer saying they could get my traffic citation dismissed for a fee. I paid this fee and then they did not take care of it. A warrant was issued for my arrest. When I contacted them to ask what happened they said it was "my" fault because I didn't provide a signed power of attorney or ...representation letter. They said I had to hire them a second time, and pay again, and they would handle it. I paid them and executed the document they said I had to sign. I then get a letter, months later, saying I have to appear in court for my ticket. I called them and they said I did not provide a "verbal" authorization for them to represent me. I told them this was getting ridiculous and gave them the verbal authorization. They told me everything would be handled at that point. It was not handled and another warrant was issued. When I called them again they said it was my fault again for not posting a bond. I was never told that such a bond had to be issued. They basically said tough. I told them I wanted a complete refund and they said no. They said all the problems were due to my own fault. They didn't even have record, or so they say, of my calling and discussing things after the last letter. I finally had to just call the city and pay the fine to make sure I would get arrested. DO NOT...I repeat DO Not fall for their less than professional tactics. They are going to do everything they can to get as much money out of you as possible.
