I had hired this firm from CL(1st mistake) over a year ago to handle two traffic tickets in Tarrant County, It started out wrong by bad communication with paralegal staff, or marketers, then I am informed that I had to pay a retainer or fee for their services for the two tickets. I did so, then it ...started with incorrect information listed for my self and the tickets, then some months pass then I am sent an email saying that I have to pay $$$ for court costs and fines, and another fee for their services.....!! Oh did I also say that I was to appear in court with less than 24 hour notice????!!!! I paid what they asked, then I appeared in court late winter to ask for a trial and was told by the attorney who was not prepared and had several other Bobbitt clients waiting for appearance and then several hours later, by this time, I received a letter telling me that Bobbitt Firm joined another firm in Dallas...!! Since then, no communications from either the attorney handling my traffic tickets, cases, nor paralegals, NO BODY!!!!! NOW, I find myself needing to get my legal matter resolved because NO ONE bothered to inform the attorney that I would not be in town during the week of my court date, and instead I get a letter from the firm that Bobbitt joined that I may have warrants due to 'failure to appear'!!!!! What a waste, I will be sending complaint to the State Bar on the ethics or lack there of and now have to spend $$$$ to hire another attorney. SO, READ the reviews, DO NOT HIRE this man!!!! RUN, all they can afford to advertise is in CL!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWFIRM!!!! They charged me $160 in January 17' for a speeding ticket in Fort Worth, and never heard anything until about May, I had to call and make sure I didn't miss anything and they told me Ft. Worth has a long wait and I was still good. Anyway, finally received my letter for co...urt and I appeared. The lawyer let me know that I could pay the court cost and he would get me deferred disposition with 90 days probation. I thought everything was all good, until I received a letter in the mail from the city of Ft. Worth saying that I owed $82 and I needed to show up in court, except I saw this after the court day. Now I have to pay the fee, which is fine if I owe it, but my probation was revoked and now I have this citation on my driving record. I have called the office and the secretary said she would talk to that lawyer and get back with me that day, which guess what NEVER HAPPENED! So every time I call back I get nothing!!! These guys are criminals and scammers!!!

PROCEED WITH CAUTION: Nov 2016 I was pulled over in the city of Irving for a speeding ticket. Dec 2016 I paid Bobbitt Law Office to represent me for this ticket. When payment was made I explained to the law firm that I traveled often a may not be able to make the court date that would be issued. O...n the same date they emailed me forms and on the same date they were sent back with a payment made over the phone. Original price of the ticket during this time was $189. Court date was in the month of March 2017 and not only was I not able to make it court neither did my lawyer. A warrant was issued within the same month. In the month of May 2017 I received a phone call from the city of Irving stating I have a warrant for my arrest. The same day I called Bobbitt Law Office and they told me I needed to fill out more forms, but they wouldn’t charge me for the fee to lift the warrant due to their mistake. Next court date was in the monthly of July 2017. I was there as well as my lawyer. He didn’t connect with his clients until the court door actually opened. Our option was to pay the fine and 60 day probation or attempt to go to court. He really pushed to take 60 day probation. Due to missing the prior court date my ticket went up to $298 dollars (Warrant Fees). I asked him why I should pay the additional cost if this was an error made by his office. He told me he couldn’t do anything about this and blamed his administrative staff, but he would send all my final support to me personally in email and gave me a business card. Conclusion – He never emailed me nor adjusted any of my fees or refunded the additional cost I had to pay. His administrative team is bad. If this is what I went through for a speeding ticket it could only get worse if he had to defend someone for a more serious case. I wouldn’t use him again for ticket, and for sure wouldn’t use him for any serious cases because then he would blame his administrative office while you’re sitting in jail due to his team’s error. I gave him an opportunity to fix a wrong so now I will make it right by helping others. Buyers BEWARE. Yes I paid the entire amount

I hired him for a speeding ticket 2 years ago. They are bad communicators. The email address I was given changed when they employee left, so even tho I was told to communicate through it, I had no idea Noone was cheking them. Finally it's time for court and a rude lady was snapping out instructions t...o everyone, an attorney!, we were encouraged to pay the fines, or risk losing a jury trial and paying much more. Several with multiple tickets either got off or paid far much less than me. I had a very clean driving record and was not speeding far over the posted limit. She said it was my fault because I didn't have enough bad tickets to give her a way to make a deal. ? I feel that knowing this from the start, they should not have taken my case or money. I could have taken defensive driving and kept my record clean, spent less money and gotten a discount on my insurance to boot. Never again! One speeding ticket in 40 years of driving! I have tried repeatedly to contact them and two times I was promised a return call, but never received one. Usually they direct me to send an email or leave a message. They only talk to new clients, once they have your money, they are done with you! Their website boasts of how many they've "served." Don't be fooled. Google their reviews to get a full picture of how well they do. They may have had that many clients, but notice it doesn't say "satisfied"! They won't let me review them. I wonder why?

I should have used another firm, I spent more money using Bobbitt than I have with any other firm handling a simple traffic ticket. They were very unprofessional over the phone, I had one representative hang up on me. They're also are horrible at responding via email which is apparently how they want... you to contact them if you have an existing case. I paid $180 fee to Bobbit, plus I had to pay the court fee and another fee after the outcome was determined which I could have handled myself directly with the city and been out of pocket less money.
