Best DWI defense money can buy!!!

After bonding out I hired the first attorney that returned my call . I communicated with him through his legal assistant who had to pre clear all of my requests. It was not until I visited this website and read of John's many DWI triumphs that I paid his office a visit. The fact that he texted m...e directly and not his assistant sealed the deal to hire him. For me it came down to keeping this whole thing off my record so I was willing to take it all the way. Thankfully it didn't come down to that because John identified an opportunity to suppress the police stop and followed through with a very compelling argument that got my case dismissed. I found myself in the unfortunate position of needing John's services but his expertise defending DWI cases served me well therefore I strongly strongly strongly recommend this lawyer!

Excellent DWI Attorney

Mr. Gioffredi is professional, quick to respond and is extremely good at what he does. I hired Mr. Giofreddi to defend my DWI and I highly recommend that you do the same. John knows the law and is willing to go the extra mile to get the best results. In my case, this was a dismissal despite the fact ...that I was forced to give a blood sample.

John Gioffredi Attorney's are awesome!!

I contacted John Gioffredi in regards to (2) traffic tickets that were in warrant status. I went by their office at payed bond and they immediately had warrants lifted and court was scheduled. The first date in court my attorney advised to schedule trial in which he did. When I came to court he alre...ady the offense dismissed. The second offense also was scheduled for trial and was also dismissed on my court date. The offenses were speeding and insurance. I payed $250.00 total for bond and attorneys fees. They saved me a total of $800.00! Teresa their office manager is professional and contacts you via phone to remind you of court. Love John Gioffredi!!

an excellent attorney! did what other attorneys said was impossible

John was and still is an excellent attorney. I had a previous attorney's that were not willing to fight for me as he did.I had a warrant for a second probation violation with a bond of $500,000 and a warrant for a bond forfeiture for $1000 cash. I went and talked to him about it and I could tell righ...t off that he could help me. We went to the courthouse and talked with them without any warning that we were coming. All I asked is that he keep me out of jail! He talked to the da and made a deal with them and he was able to drop the warrant the next day without arrest. All I hadto do was 7 months outpatient rehab and pay the court's $500 for restitution that I was behind on $3900. I was continued on probation without problems. Then for the misdemeanor bond forfeiture (separate case) he went and and talked to that da and had me put on a PR bond. About the time we finished with the PR bond he went back in the court room and already had a deal with them of 15 months deferred probation and a $100 fine! And take in consideration I already am on deferred probation for a felony in the same county! He did every thing I wanted him to and even better than I expected! All other attorney's said what he done couldn't be done and that I would be doing time. HE PROVED THEM WRONG! If u want someone to help you legally he's the man to talk to. He will be my attorney for life. Thank you john

Michael did have an especially challenging situation. I wasn't able to promise him anything, especially with the particular judge on his felony probation revocation case. I was very pleased to be able to negotiate a deal to have his probation amended and his probation violation warrant lifted without Michael having to go to jail at all. It was kind of like "pulling a rabbit out of a hat," but we got it done! Thank you for the very kind review, Michael! And good luck with your probation!

Hire John Gioffredi!

John Gioffredi is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. His years of experience have definitely made him the best lawyer to hire period! My experiences with him from the beginning of hiring him through the end of my trial were excellent. He is extremely nice, helpful, and also has a... great staff!
