I earned bachelors degrees in business and Spanish from Utah State University. I've lived in Argentinaand in Mexico. I graduated from The University Of Houston law school in 1996 and began working for the Law Offices of Bernardo Eureste, where I did workers compensation litigation.
In March of 1998, I spun off and created my own firm. We started handling primarily workers compensation claims. In 2006 we diversified into handling all types of accident cases, criminal defense, family law and immigration. I have been a board member of Workers' Compensation Section of the Texas State Bar since 2011. I have lectured annually at the Advanced Workers' Compensation seminar and various other seminars since 2005.
I have a network of attorneys that I work closely with that allow us to handle most types of cases. I am fluent in Spanish as is the majority of my staff. If you have a legal question or need assistance give us a call.

Dan and his team handled my case in a professional manner. They always explained my options to me and informed me of the choices and the consequences of each. They worked hard to get my case dismissed and were successful.

Without Mr. Morris in my corner I might have given up, but my case was worth pursuing right to the end.

My case was very troublesome and time consuming and caused many lawyers to refuse me, but Mr. Morris stuck by me and my children and explained everything I needed to do and know. The assistants were all very helpful as well. Great choice out of law firms.

Unfortunately this client came to us after she had been certified at maximum medical improvement. We sent to doctors that would do the proper diagnostic testing and have her examined by a specialist. I know she is still having problems. However, they did not find any conditions to overcome the finding of maximum medical improvement.
