We have received several letters from attorneys who wanted to represent me in my case (Class A Misdemeanor, Family Assault), I checked Ms.Ohan's mailer and it looked promising of all and I was most impressed with her track reco...rd and strategic approach to winning. The next morning I was at her office to meet and talk, I immediately trusted her from my first visit and hired her. I was worried about my immigration status as I am a Non-Immigrant and in the process of getting my GC, the immigration status has been a problem for people with convictions and the US Immigration law requires USCIS to prevent convicts from immigration benefits. I was referred to Nancy through my Brother in Law who had already had one DWI dismissed using her and is possibly on his way to have a second dismissed as well.
