I was looking for a lawyer that can help a loved one out with an ongoing case of reckless driving. We were very disappointed with the previous attorney that we had and were desperately looking for a new attorney that would actually work for us. The previous attorney had told us that the best deal he ...could get us was a Class B misdemeanor with PTD or Class C misdemeanor with conviction. We got lucky enough to come across the Edgett Law Firm. After talking to Scott for the initial consultation, he told me that he would try to get dismissal from a Class B misdemeanor. He even assured me that he would try everything in his power to fight the case. And he was right, he got us a dismissal within less than a month. Throughout the time he was very attentive and would regularly follow up with us and inform us about what was going on. He explained everything to us very nicely and would answer all our questions. Scott is an excellent attorney. When I met with Scott for our first consultation he listened to my case, explained the process and allowed me to ask questions. He stated that it would be a lengthy process but he was going to press for a dismissal. I felt no pressure from Scott. At the end... of our first meeting I asked him to take my case.
