After discussing my case with Troy, he always kept a positive attitude even though my case was what seemed to be a no win situation. With his positive support I was able to make it through this trying time. What is even better though was that Troy worked it through where I received a not guilty verdict! Powerhouse Attorney!
Troy's firm was recommended to me by a close friend. Once I hired Troy and his Firm, I knew I was in great hands with his extensive trial experience and attention to detail. Glad I hired, Mr. Burleson.
I was referred to Mr. Burleson by a business associate for a DWI charge I got in Collin, County. Mr. Burleson and his trial team are very accomplished DWI attorneys, and for good reason. I found Mr. Burleson to be personable out of the courtroom and commanding and respected within to court room. He and his team did a great job of defending me and I could not be happier with the results. As a business professional, I respected the professionalism shown to me by MR. Burleson. Best DWI Lawyer in DFW
I was arrested and charged with DWI. It was going to make me lose my job and really hurt my family. Troy explained that based on his review of the evidence, I should fight my case and make the State prove I was guilty. After a long 2 day trial I was found not guilty! If it wasn't for Troy and Biderman & Burleson I don't know what I would've done.

They arrested me...took my blood by force...Troy got me a NOT GUILTY VERDICT!
I can't describe in words the humiliation I felt at being arrested, handcuffed and then having a needle forced into my arm and my blood drawn against my will. It was a horrible, dehumanizing experience that still brings tears to my eyes when I think about that aweful day. After diligent on-line research I decided to meet with Troy Burleson. i didn't know what to expect, but within 5 minutes of talking to Troy, i knew he was the right attorney for me. Troy was compassionate and thoughtful and answered all my questions. After reviewing my case, i decided to fight and go to trial. At trial, Troy fought hard, very hard for me. When the Judge read the verdict of NOT GUILTY I felt such a relief. I thank Troy so much for what he did for me and I am grateful I made the decision to hire him as my attorney. 5 Grateful STARS to the attorneys at Biederman & Burleson
The lawyers at Biederman & Burleson represented me on a DWI case. I knew I made a mistake the night I was arrested and would most likely plea guilty. I hired Biederman & Burleson because I was told by the officer who arrested me that I should hire them (I am not kidding) and I wanted the best plea deal possible. After months of working on my case, they arranged a plea bargain that required me to spend a few hours in jail. I did not have a fine or have to be on probation. They saved me thousands of dollars and allowed me to plea guilty and get back to my normal life. I wish I had not made the mistake of driving drunk but I am very grateful I hired Hunter, Troy and Dan. Thank you guys!

Money well Spent.
I was very nervous about making the right decision on which attorney to hire to represent me on my DWI charge. I would have lost my job that I worked so hard for is convicted, so it was an important decision. I interview several attorneys before deciding to hiring Troy Burleson. I was impressed with the lawyers' knowledge of the law and the time they took to answer my questions at the initial interview. I was also happy to hear that I would have all of the attorneys' personal cell phone numbers in case I needed to call about a question. When it came time to decide to plea my case or have a trial I met with Troy Burleson. His trial experience was impressive and he took the time to explain my case in so I could fully understand the process. After the meeting, I decided to go to trial. At trial, Mr. Burleson's skill as a trial attorney was evident. He did a very good job in jury selection and an even better job questioning the witnesses, especially the state's scientists. After 2 days of trial and 4 hours of jury deliberation, the verdict came back not guilty. I was overwhelmed with emotion. My job was saved and I got my life back. I couldn't wait to write a positive review when asked.

Case Dismissed!!
I got charged in Collin County. It was the first time I dealt with the court system and I was very nervous. Mr. Burleson took my case and got the district attorney to dismiss the charges. I recommend Mr. Burleson to everyone I know looking for a criminal attorney.

Not Guilty!
When I watched my video and learned the details of my case I thought it was over. Troy and Dan said to trust them and take a shot in trial. We did and I was found not guilty. Troy is a great lawyer and crushed it in trial. Doesn't matter how bad your case looks. You can trust Troy's experience to help you get the right rsult.

My Case Was Dropped!
I was very nervous about my situation and I told Mr. Burleson that. He helped me through the entire process and my case was set for trial because I couldnt have a conviction. The day of trial the case was dismissed.! I know it was because of all the hard work of Mr. Burleson representing me. He can help you just like he helped me.

I recommend Troy Burleson
I was arrested in Plano, Texas for a DWI. It was a no refusal weekend so the cops took my blood. Mr. Burleson came highly recommended from a friend and I was not disappointed. His staff was wonderful and told me exactly what to expect. In the end, Mr. Burleson saved my license AND ended my nightmare with a NOT GUILTY verdict!! Troy Burleson is an extremely good attorney and I would endorse him to anyone.

Thankful Client!
Troy represented me on a DWI case from Frisco, Texas. I was nervous about my case because the officer drew my blood. But at trial, Troy was AWESOME! He his a great trial attorney and the just and judge loved him! After 2 hard fought days in trial I was found not guilty! I cannot that Troy enough.
