Two co-workers decide to go to happy hour after work to have a few drinks. Once the alcohol begins to effect each of them an argument ensues and both men end up outside the bar and begin fist fighting. ... My client gets the best of his co-worker during this physical altercation and his co-worker decides to contact the police. My client was arrested and charged with Class A Misdemeanor Assault. After a trial on this case and all of the evidence regarding his co-worker's past criminal history, my client was found not guilty! He can now move on with his career and future.
