Biography
Hunter Biederman is a partner at Law Offices of Biederman & Burleson P.L.L.C., a DWI and criminal defense firm in Frisco, Texas. He represents clients charged with DWI, DWI 2nd, Felony DWI, Intoxication Assault, and Intoxication Manslaughter throughout Collin County, Denton County, and Dallas County.
Known by colleagues as the "Go-To Guy for DWIs," Mr. Biederman is one of North Texas's most recognized DWI defense attorneys. Before entering private practice, he served as a prosecutor for the Collin County District Attorney's office — advancing to chief misdemeanor prosecutor in just six months and felony prosecutor in nine months, making him one of the youngest attorneys in Collin County history to hold that post. That prosecutorial experience gives him an inside view of exactly how the state builds its DWI cases.

Mr. Biederman graduated with honors from the University of Florida (B.S., Criminology) and Cum Laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He has completed extensive continuing education in DWI science and defense, including courses in forensic toxicology, blood and breath testing, field sobriety testing, crash reconstruction, and intoxication manslaughter defense.
