Hunter Biederman is: Honest. Trustworthy. Straightforward. No B.S. and very responsive. Everything he has said that would be done or would happen has happened. About 3 years ago I was appointed Hunter Biederman for multiple cases. From the get go, I was told he was the best that I could get especially for a court appointed attorney. He was able to do miracles with my cases. He was straight forward and honest about the whole process and what I should do and what I need to do. Not only was he amazing, but his assistant Quiana was spectacular as well. They were through every step even after the original court preceding. If I were to ever need an attorney again. I would immediately call his office and ask for him. Quiana and Hunter are the best law duo that I have ever encountered. I am a free man with a better life because of those two.

An unfortunate circumstance requiring legal advice, along with a rock-solid recommendation, led me to consult with Hunter Biederman as my attorney. Throughout our case, Hunter and his team were singularly outstanding. He was patient, understanding, and covered the legalities (upside and downside) of our case in a clear effective manner. Best of the Best

In April of 2018 I was pulled over because I didn't have my head lights on. The officer asked me if I had been drinking. I said I had a glass of wine earlier. Needless to say the officer asked me to take a breathalyzer. I said No. Then my troubles began. I was taken in for a DWI and for refusing the breathalyzer. Next step is to locate an attorney. I was referred to one The attorney took my money and did very little. I had a really bad feeling about the attorney. I spoke to the attorney a couple days later and was going to change. The attorney got upset with me so I stayed with him. I spoke to another friend about my situation. I just did not feel that the attorney was not on my side. My friend referred me to the Law Office of Biederman & Burleson. Hunter Biederman took my case. I never saw the other attorney again. Changing attorney's was the best decision I made. Hunter Biederman supported me, stood by me and most of all believed me. Hunter was able to find errors in the officers paperwork immediately. Hunter gave me hope. I walked out feeling like someone was on my side and I had a fighting chance. Hunter's assistance Keri Dollinger was great to work with. Keri showed compassion and was so helpful to me. Hunter won my case and had it dismissed. I am extremely grateful to Hunter, Keri and the Law Office of Biederman & Burleson. Very Professional

Hunter was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, precisely on time to court, efficient, very direct and no nonsense which I find refreshing. When the state didn't show up and we were going to have to reschedule he took the initiative to go find them and get things moving and we didn't have to postpone which I appreciated. I thought his assistant Keri was awesome too. Very responsive, reassuring and on top of things. I was impressed and very appreciative of their services. I recommend Hunter Biederman.

I Recommend Biederman & Burleson!

I was arrested for DWI during a "no refusal" weekend in Plano, Texas. I hired Hunter Biederman and Troy Burleson of Biederman & Burleson and I am glad I did. Hunter and Troy saved my drivers license from being suspended and I was found NOT GUILTY! I recommend Hunter and Troy!!

The lawyers at Biederman & Burleson represented me on a DWI case. I knew I made a mistake the night I was arrested and would most likely plea guilty. I hired Biederman & Burleson because I was told by the officer who arrested me that I should hire them (I am not kidding) and I wanted the best plea deal possible. After months of working on my case, they arranged a plea bargain that required me to spend a few hours in jail. I did not have a fine or have to be on probation. "Hunter", a winner for all seasons!

Hunter Biederman, of "Biederman, and Burleson" was professional, prepared, courteous, and most of all kind. All of this during what he certainly understands to be his clients worst nightmare. In my case Hunter obtained what was described to be one of the best deals that his firm has had the pleasure to negotiate for a like client. In fact, he went back, and was able to procure an even better deal after further negotiation, I was not just asked to take this without further efforts on my behalf. Five (Grateful) Stars for the Law Offices of Biederman & Burleson

I was arrested and charged with a DWI three years ago, during a "zero-tolerance" weekend, and it was ostensibly one of the most miserable, shameful, and embarrassing experiences of my life. However, through the law offices of Biederman & Burleson, I was able to keep my driver's license and was ultimately found Not Guilty in a trial by jury--three agonizing years later. Through it all, Hunter and his staff was extraordinarily easy to communicate with and readily available to answer any and all questions I had, regardless of the time of day or method of communication. Lawyers Dan Moran and Troy Burleson handled my case when we decided to take it to trial, and it was immediately apparent to me that they were both genuinely concerned with and personally invested in not only ensuring that I was given a fair trial but also the outcome of my personal case and implications thereof. Although, they handle hundreds of cases, it seemed as though mine was the only one that mattered at the time, and I believe that individualized attention of such caliber is quite rare and incredibly refreshing in an otherwise cold and/or indifferent legal system. Words could not express the gratitude and appreciation I felt towards both of them for their masterful and tireless work on my case when the final verdict was announced. Moran and Burleson were both extremely transparent and honest with me, throughout the entire trial process, while maintaining a constant air of professionalism and confidence. Though admittedly it was what they called an "uphill battle," I was extremely impressed with their continued energy and determination to fight for my case till the bitter end, regardless of the outcome. I'll never forget the encouragement I felt when, after a testimony from a state-called witness, Moran leaned over and said, "Don't worry about that, cause I'm gonna kill it in the closer…" and he did. I highly and whole-heartedly recommend Hunter Biederman, his skilled partners, and his staff to anyone seeking a guiding light in the devastating midst and confusion of a DWI charge. We all know that "you get what you pay for," and what you get when you retain Mr. Biederman's services is undoubtedly the best DWI defense in Collin County.

Awesome Defense Attorney

Knowledgable skilled expert that knows his job and ways to do it effeciently

I had no idea what to expect with my case and after my review he told me everything I can do and realistically what my chances were and what he would he do and how hard he would work for me if I trusted him with my case and I did and he saved me a whole lot of trouble and money in my pocket for the future and gave me a second chance to keep myself outta legal trouble and out of a very stressful situation and I appreciate how well he worked with me with my finances everything to make sure what could be done was done and to the best of his ability. Nothing but positive!!!

Hunter laid out my options and identified the best strategy, to which I followed. His experience in this field proved to be invaluable. He kept me well informed as to what steps were being taken and made a very difficult situation a lot easier. If anyone finds themselves faced with a DUI, I HIGHLY recommend retaining Hunter.

Life Made Easy

Hunter lifted the burden of being charged with a DWI. He was quick to answer any questions and kept a positive outlook on my case for its duration. He is very inept in courtroom appearances and will fight your case to the end. He displayed both confidence and vigor while defending me in court. Like I said, he just makes a possible life-changing event less stressful and minimizes its impact for the better. Also, he won my case.
