Travis Watkins and staff were wonderful. Travis was referred to me by a friend who went to law school with him and stated he was very fair in pricing and would work hard to help me. They worked with the IRS to get my garnishments stopped while I was in the process of proving I was not responsible fo...r the back taxes owed, my ex-husband was. I was very impressed with the way this was handled so quickly. They were very diligent. Money well spent. I would recommend to anyone!! Stephanie

I went to his firm in July 2018 for help. Spoke with a man by the name of Joey and he promised he could help me but never heard from them. My social security was garnished and was promised that wouldn't happen. I paid 3500 for nothing. When I asked for my money back they sent me a bill showing what ...they had done. Was told they got 600 a hour which was ridiculous. They charged me 150 for calling me because they said I hadn't paid. I gave them checks to deposit monthly but still called to to harass me. I am 69 years old and 3500 is alot of money for me. Please don't trust them. Carolyn

We went to Travis Watkins firm two years ago to hire him for tax resolution. After we hired and paid him there was NO communication, no returned ok hi one calls, no time to have meetings. We even went by the office and to schedule something and NOTHING. A year later another attorney was assigned to o...ur case and met with us to get another 2000$. We went to another attorney and everything was taken care of in 4-5 WEEKS and for 1800$ total! They waste your time and take your money. We also have a case open with them with the Better Business Bureau and the Oklahoma Bar Association had encouraged us to do the same, we are working on that currently. Oh and they also LOST a 100+ page business tax return of ours and say it never happened.... Trust me I remember printing that monster. Scary to have all that personal info God knows where. Extremely unprofessional, unethical (reason for the case with BBB and Bar Association), and complete lack of any empathy for their clients.

I have been very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I had to call many times and received a timely call back only about 50% of the time. Computers are down over and over, moving offices, nobody is available, always in a meeting or won't be back till next week. Nobody tells us the same thing.... I was so frustrated I called the IRS myself. In two hours I was able to get more accomplished than in the months since hiring this office. Totally disgusted. Lack of communication, they don't seem to care about the client. No way would I refer this company to anyone I know.
