Do not use this firm
Travis Watkins will gladly take your money then not do anything to earn it. By far the worst Professionals I’ve ever dealt with. They especially like to charge an outrageous sum to do your taxes in addition to the so called resolution that will never happen. Had we worked with the IRS directly we wou...

Mr & Mrs Cedric R Conners
My Husband and I have been Clients of Travis Watkins for almost 2 Years and I always love their on hold message that says you will get “A Good Nights Sleep once you hire them for your Tax Law Resolution Case”. We have always for some reason owed taxes for the past several years, so we have worked ...

A lot of hot air
We went to this lawyer to help get money owed to us from the IRS. The IRS has given my returns to my x wife, even though I was raising my children and have court order that I am to file taxes for my children. Roughly $20,000.00 has been given away. So after many attempts to resolve it we Hired tr...
Kevin, So sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service. Our records reflect that we have diligently tried to correct the issue with the IRS since the inception of your case. Unfortunately, while we exhaust all options available to us, we have recently faced IRS processing times and delays that are out of our control. Nonetheless, our firm has reached out multiple times to the IRS to attempt to expedite the correction of your returns. To make up for this, we have worked beyond the scope of your engagement to help solve the issue you are facing with the IRS. I show that your case worker has contacted you frequently to provide what updates we have on the status of your case. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the IRS was accepting calls on a limited basis and working at reduced capacity and were unable to provide us with any updates regarding your returns. We will continue following up with the IRS as frequently as possible to resolve the issue. As with other businesses and entities affected by the pandemic, the IRS is gradually getting back to business and we anticipate that your case will follow that same trajectory. Here at Travis Watkins Tax, we strive to provide the best customer service experience possible. We care deeply about our client’s situations, knowing full well the emotional and even physical toll it can take on taxpayers in distress. We further understand it can be frustrating dealing with the IRS which is why we take that burden on for our clients. Unfortunately, due to the IRS processing times, this case has taken longer than both of our original expectations but we are doing everything to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

After taking money, would not respond to emails
After giving Travis Watkins two thousand dollars, I waited seven months for an update. I sent emails to three different people in the office and did not get a reply from anyone. I finally had to fire them through a letter via certified mail with return receipt, because I could not get them to respo...
It is impossible to respond substantively to what amounts to an anonymous bad "review" in this forum. If you're a real person, we would be happy to speak with you offline at 405-607-1192, as there are just some things that wouldn't be fruitful to say in this forum. Ask for Danielle Brand. If this is a fake "review," this is sad. We still wish you well. We can only say that the fact scenario you describe does not identify any case in our office. We look forward to your call. Here is just a sample of satisfied clients: (for more you can visit ->https://www.traviswatkins.com/recommendations) https://www.traviswatkins.com/video/testimonial-when-stress-overcomes-you.cfm https://www.traviswatkins.com/video/video-testimonial-of-gary-when-the-irs-comes-knocking.cfm Here are a few of Travis Watkins' other accomplishments and qualities: He has been a tax attorney in good standing in Oklahoma for nearly 20 years, also licensed in Texas and Arkansas. He is licensed to practice in good standing before the IRS in all 50 states and U.S. territories. He has written 2 books you can find on Amazon. He has dozens of tax help content and videos on YouTube and TravisWatkins.com all FREE of charge to the public. He hosts a Q&A public service radio program in Oklahoma City and Tulsa on IRS news and collections. He hosts a bi-weekly tax- tip segment on television in Oklahoma City, as well as a monthly column on tax help in The Oklahoman newspaper, again all at no cost to the public. Most importantly, his family has been directly impacted by the pain and despair tax problems can bring: https://www.traviswatkins.com/video/why-irs-resolution-chose-travis-watkins.cfm Travis truly believes that tax relief is his calling and the body of work in the public domain speaks for itself. However, we welcome and encourage taxpayers to check out these credentials for our firm or any firm when they want to hire a professional to help them end their IRS nightmare. Taxpayers should also know that working with a tax help firm to finality takes cooperation. It, first and foremost, takes a willingness to own the fact that you are responsible for the problem and our job is to help solve it. The IRS has the final word on all requests. Sometimes people just don't understand that paying a tax professional a fair fee is not an "easy button." Other people feel that the professional is to blame if they don't like the advice they give. At the end of the day, we aren't magicians or mind readers, nor do we claim to be. We are servants and we are advocates. We charge a one-time, fixed fee. We don't come back for more, so long as the client accurately represents the general scope of work we have to do. We do our best to anticipate the factual gaps the client doesn't know. Ultimately, though, we have to rely on details and documents supplied by the client, process that information and verify the situation with the IRS' records. If the client fails to get us what we need to do our job, this impedes the process and delays results. We will continue to do the most good for the most people that we can. We wish you well.

Not the place for help
Ohhhhhh mama is PISSED!!! DO NOT EVER. EVER. USE TRAVIS WATKINS TAX RESOLUTION. THEIR A/R "COLLECTION SPECIALIST" SHANIECE HILL DOES NOT UNDERSTAND HER JOB AND IGNORES CLIENTS. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM 5 TIMES BETWEEN THIS MONTH AND LAST TO STOP MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS DUE TO NO CHILD SUPPORT...
Lisa, I’m sorry you’re frustrated. Management has attempted to contact you offline several times since you left your multiple reviews to expedite a resolution, without success in reaching you. Nonetheless, when you contacted us in June about taking off auto payments (a breach of your agreement with us), we did as you asked. We made a mistake in manually running your card in July, as we still had you as an active client - you indicated you could catch up in July. We will refund the July payment. You have misinterpreted our communications, however. We have prepared returns based on the limited information you have given us and fulfilled our end of the bargain. When you pay us in full for that preparation, we will gladly file these returns. Of course, if you will give us the information we have requested in our tax preparation packet, we will edit the prepared returns accordingly and file them, upon contracted payment for our services.
"An excellent lawyer who treats clients with patience, care, understanding, and utmost professionalism - an even better person and I wholeheartedly recommend for future services."
"I endorse this lawyer. Travis Watkins is, in my opinion, the finest tax attorney in the State of Oklahoma. I have witnessed this not only as a fellow attorney, but as a client of his law office. I retained Travis Watkins to handle a very serious IRS tax arrearage in 2015 after having a poor experience with a previously retained tax attorney. Travis and his team of attorneys worked tirelessly on my case and treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect from start to finish. In the end, Travis succeeded in securing for me an accepted Offer in Compromise that not only saved me over $200,000, but also saved my career and my family."
"I endorse this lawyer. You can ensure that you have someone on your side with your best interest in mind,"
"I have worked alongside Travis Watkins and he is truly dedicated to helping the American taxpayers."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is very knowledgeable about tax problem solving and has an extensive background in trial practice. He is very well versed in many aspect of the law and has an extensive refferal network for issues he needs a referral in. He will solve your tax problems with the IRS"
"Travis is a highly skilled professional and always has his client's best interests in mind. I have worked with him on many cases and he has an outstanding ability to obtain results in an efficient and aggressive manner. You can be confident in hiring him to assist with any legal matters you need resolved."
